Just turned 78 yrs old yesterday. Have been a born again seeker for about 50yrs.I kicked off with Krishnamurti and ran the gauntlet with all the popular superstars of the spiritual stage over the yrs. Not a glimpse anywhere. I realise the seeker is the problem but seeking continues and i have more pointers than a porcupine in my head..I can relate to what you say but am not sure whether there is a falling away of attachments or it is just old age creeping into a world weary brain. You would think that after 50yrs of enquirey the absolute would take pity on this wanker and give him a 5 second glimpse of what is. No, just the usual silence. Love what you do. thank you.. J.

people who seek truth/spirit make the mistake of thinking ordinariness as being boring and weak. we are looking for something special which is the same as chasing pleasure. there is pleasure in ordinariness but we take it for granted and constantly seek more pleasure elsewhere. it is part of the evolutionary conditioning for survival that is like a compass which always points to pleasure. but we forget that we don't have to be in survival mode all the time. we need to be in wisdom mode or rather in ordinary mode :)
It's nice to see the metamorphosis of Suzanne. She is metamorphising or turning into what is commonly known as a guru😊. She cannot see it, but we can see the butterfly. In therapy, I learned that some therapists & even Spiritual Teachers/Nondual Messengers can still be carrying unhealed, inner, emotional wounds because they have FAILED to do their own, personal grief/trauma work to clear out or repair the damaged feelings/energies that are hiding within them (spiritual bypass). They are "unhealed Healers" & can do much damage by helping damaged others ignore or bypass their own grief/repair work (PTSD). It just happens...so be it!
there will always be traumas left to be cleared in the body to some extent even after liberation happens. Liberation/enlightenment is beyond healing, although healing comes as a by-product on the path. but it's true that a liberated one does not necessarily have the ability to help heal others or is fit to teach. I personally don't find Suzanne much helpful for someone that is going through awakening. She is only expressing her personal experience. She can be helpful for many others though.

Hi Suzanne, what if I just focus on being happy and on improving my life, just in case this non-duality think is complete nonsense, so I don’t waste my life by thinking that there is nothing that can be changed, and if it is true, then that would be just what’s happening anyhow, isn’t that a better plan ?

The character can apparently improve but its just part of the movie of this happening. The character can also go through some shit and that's all perfectly part of this happening that is the only thing and also nothing in the sense that its life pretending to be life. Enjoy the ride 🤣

True we don’t know anything but we are here , and that’s that what we do know is that the body is is only here for a bit and that’s that ! Just enjoy the the experience while you can to the best way you can ! But obsessive talk about it seems like just what it is an obsession ! If I cut my finger, the localized me feels the pain. And I cannot feel the other’s pain. So how all is one happening? As there is a localized thing that feel. I don’t feel myself as the tree or a cat. And if all this is illusory as many say…so what? Why should I care?
How everything can be felt? This is or seems illogical. As you need duality to feel. You need the feeling and the thing that feels. And if everything is This, nothing should be felt, it should be complete disappearance, dissolving. So…I cannot see all this “this is it, this is everything” idea coming from all nondualist speakers.
She is pointing to the experience of unconditional love that lies underneath all the "appearances". The sad, angry and confusion that comes up is only experienced by the mind, ego and personality. We are not those as we have never been born or will die as we truly are God Source within our center/Singularity which is breathing us and does not interfere with free will, gravity, time, belief in separation from Source, polarity, laws governing this dimensional reality.
