Comparing to Factor75, the portions are not as large as Factor75. But both are quite good, Factor75's worst problem in my opinion is they are obsessed with zucchini and french style green beans as a side item.
Heating pizza in a frying pan with a lid has always turned out crispy and delicious for me, and it's usually crispier than when the pizza originally came out of the oven. Try it... it'll change your life! :)

Lol that's my husband's Coke! You can add or eat whatever else you want--for us, it's not really a diet plan. It's just to help us keep healthy food ready to go in the fridge. All the nutrition information is on the packages, so you can use that to calculate it into whatever plan you're on.
