This game was the shit, man. Damn shame it didn't get the sequel it deserved. I'll be honest, I don't think I've ever loved a game as much as this one, and I never even beat it. In fact, I distinctly remember being terrible at it. Still glorious.
Liberty Prime this comment is a little late but I was stuck on that sucker for years until I tried plying it again when I got older and smarter and found out how to beat him.ahahaha
Goddamn so many memories, after the first time beating the boss, i learned there was a place in the ruins where if you were quick enough, you could use the "hacking" weapon on a flier robot, and with the turbo controller one could melt the boss no effort. Still a damn shame we didn't got a second game sad.
After the previous level: there's no way that Corrosive could have survived that.....of course, we all forgot that something or another about the Wasteland reanimates the offline and I could have sworn that the General was offline. Oh well, time to make sure he STAYS that way.
General corrosive is probably one of my #1 favorite final boss. You just got through hell just trying to control him, realizing you can't hurt him... Then you see him get up...And ho boy was that terrifying.
This bossfight is more initimidating once you realise: 1. General Corrosive's chassis (mostly) survived an impact from outer space. 2. Corrosive is not controlled by the Mil master computer, thus he is sentient and aware of all the carnage he causes.

is it me or is it that the red grunts dont have spews in this cut scene lol they dont they have the mining laser gun why is that they spam this grunt in their cutscenes the red grunts are not in game with mining lasers
Blizzard should've compensated the developers of this game imo. They were going to make a sequel off the spot and then canceled the project temporarily to start offering help on making Starcraft: Ghost and used all of their resources because it was such a hyped game. Pathetic that blizzard canceled Starcraft: Ghost and resulted screwing over the Metal Arms devs because they had no money left to continue making Metal Arms 2. In a nutshell the only reason there isnt a sequel is because of Blizzard and I'm highly dissapointed in them because of that.
It is assumed that the MILs are somewhat based on the third Reich due to many "important" MILs speaking in German accents and of course the Droid experiments and scientists pushing the moral boundary of their research however nothing has been confirmed. Especially since many people across history have done similar or even worse things to the Nazi Reich before the 1900s
