I love Englewood!! Many good vacations on Manasota Key… ironically, you were looking for metal in the scoop, I was looking for sharks teeth. 🤣😂🤣 Beautiful day, great finds. ❤
Also...have you done a how-to series? Maybe the folks at Diggin it would work with you to show different detectors, and you could demonstrate and show us the differences in equipment, what newbies should consider when they want to get started, and basically how it works? Just an idea for content. I would sure watch!
@@DetectFlorida oh i think you MUST look for treasure while doing this. Talk about your detector, why its different, what the tones mean, and as you find freakin pull tabs, why do they (or foil) sound like the exact opposite...a gold ring? Omg the QUESTIONS... but just...should i order the cheapest detector off walmart or amazon? Why or why not? How do you get started? You have to be out there though, cuz thats what keeps it interesting!
Im from Ma. - so jealous of you guys - I can hunt year round but need 7mm suit boots and gloves in the winter I be coming to Fla. in Nov. but will be in S.Fla. areas - got friends in Venice and Clearwater areas - might pop across for a couple of days - Continued good luck! My gf wants us to retire down there in like 5 yrs - so may run into some day 👍
Great find! Shawn do you wear some type of shoes when you go in the water like that? That’s just something I was thinking of. Our youngest son when in a pool at the Motel we were staying in and ruined his poor vacation time. He stepped on a broken beer bottle. It was a bad cut too! I’m always worried now about stuff like that feet protection!
What great finds! And, you got paid over $2.00 for your adventure. 😁 You can close the blade on that knife by looking at the bottom of the blade. You’ll see a tiny saw-toothed bar blocking the blade’s closing. Use your thumbnail to move that bar to the side and close the blade. Anyway, love your finds and your videos. Thanks for sharing.
