Metal Vocalist - BTS We Are Bulletproof Pt.2 ( REACTION ) 

This was the B side to their first MV "No More Dream". But that MV was not put out until 2 yrs later. The live from their ON:E concert the clicks were because this was a live stream and they were moving the stream. This was the first multi-media stream of a live concert. So there were a few glitches. But you can hear them thru the concert actually singing and there were people being streamed into the concert so that BTS could interact with the concert goers. In fact at the intro when the boys first spoke Jimin started crying when he realized the audience was live. He thought they were videos of fans sending well wishes for the concert and then they started reacting to something that happened with RM and Jimin realized they were live as well. The moment was priceless. But yes this was the beginning of that concert and it was awesome.

Honestly, the live performance of this from their magic shop is one of the best live performances. You should give that a check out. 💜

I love that little growl he makes trying to sing deeper. It’s like a little treat to ARMY we don’t always get to hear it. WABP pt 2 was only their second mv (after No More Dream) so definitely baby BTS. 😄 This live performance was quite a lot later in 2020 in ON:E, one of their online concerts during the pandemic so unfortunately no live audience. Tbh I think they had a lot of sound problems during this concert and the online Sowoozoo concert as well so that might be a part of the "clicking" issue. But they definitely still crushed it. 😎👍

Yes, I defo did notice the clicks. I'm guessing chunks got cut. John, I must say again I love your format that you always listen to the live versions ! I got sucked into the BTS rabbit hole this year listening to one of their live performances. If the group can't sing or perform live they get points minus haha. If they can perform well or even above and beyond , double plus points 😍 BTS fall into the double plus points for me 💜❤

My favorite live of this is the one they did in Macau. There's no choreo but they went OFF with the energy and the vocals.

You should watch a bit before you react because this was not the best angles 😘😘😘😘and for this song ,the best one is from MAMA 2019 one ,or you can watch it from other angles and react ,but this one didn't have the break dance😞😞😞. Or ask before what live performances do you want to react ( the best performances and camera work and camera angles, because ,what you react ,some of it , there are not good ) and i'm talking about camera work and other things that i said above. At list make a clue or a snippet of what are going to react and we are going to send the right videos!!! But awesome reaction and you nice keep going. And i didn't want to be rude or upset or anything and don't do stage mix ,because the videos are not going to represent the vocals ,but the stages a lot more and the singing is from one concert ,not all of them in one. I just dont like stage mixes ,but you can do whatever you want 💜💜💜💜

The bad boys, they look so cute, haha. This song is fantastic. Love the choreos. True: Jin, Jimin, V and JH didn´t still explored theyr true beautiful voices. They always say they miss that time when they were all muscular and strong. They have grown so much. They are amazed about themselves when they started, how much hunger and energy they had.

I think they all have grown into their voices. Jin and jimin are both more confident 💜 you can hear the difference. They had more freedom in writing, less corporate management telling what will do well.

Remember, they got a ton of shit for their name (Bulletproof Boyscouts) and this was their "answer" to that. I love this. Try to find their Bulletproof Part 1 - it's only on a concert video. It's cool too.

i think when you react to older songs, you should react to their older performances first. You get to see them perform the original version of the song, and with their old appearances and voices. Almost everytime they perform old songs now its a remix. Also no cuts or copy right issues

You may not be aware but ONE was performed without a live audience. There were people on the screen like a Skype or something. This performance was streamed during Covid whe we all had to stay in. I purchased this Music Video , 2 concerts over 2 days, and it was wonderful. Army fan 👍🏾🙋🏿‍♀️

I LOVE their older music. I like the new stuff kinda but love the older music JK rapping. 🥰

RM said that Jin wasn’t happy with the concept he was given at first but as we know our mild mannered Jin is very determined to do his own thing and he became his own self. They debuted at the end of a time when a lot of male k-pop groups went bare chested part of the time. It was decided that only Jimin would show his abs after this so he’s the only one lifting his shirt in No More Dream. He hated it at first but when he found that he drove the fans wild he was happy with it. His concept was to be the muscle boy whereas JK was meant to be boyish. That didn’t go down well with Jungkook and Jimin wasn’t being himself either. They changed their concept and Jimin has only fairly recently returned to developing his arms while JK works out regularly. He only gives us brief glimpses of his abs though. This song has a lot of growling and forceful moves. Then there’s Jimin flipping over J-Hope and the hat trick. It may not have been where they really wanted to go but it’s a lot of energetic fun.

Lol when you talked about the cuts, they had just taken out the best pelvic grind in the choreo. 😆😆😆

Thanks. I suppose not all notice the choreo which is really outstanding. It's bit unfair when reacters don't appreciate choreo especially BTS ones since they are one of the hardest. Jimin, JHope and Jungkook did scary flip and hat part which really attracted fans at the time. It was Jimin's choreo. As rookies they needed to stand out. And only Jin you mentioned.

Check For You official MV and the official dance video. They were all young and all were cute. It's one of their Japanese songs and also an underrated one but it' sooo good.

You can't really appreciate the difficulty of the choreo unless you see the dance practice, but they were practicing 12-14 hours a day back then to be so in sync.

Yes for sure more “edgy”. JK didn’t turn 16 (international age) until Sept of that year (2013). As a mom,I wonder if his mother was having second thoughts after that video! Came back to say no judgement. But moms can be protective. Ok over-protective. 🤚 My kids are all BTS’s age now.

You definitely need to watch other live videos instead of clips for the ON:E streamed concert. The sound is not the best plus they aren’t able to work off the crowds energy, since there is no one in person. You’ve see several from that particular concert and I think you’d enjoy others much more, telling by your reaction to these!!

9:38 2020 RM introducing himself as Rap Monster sounds so freakin cool. I mean I get that he wanted to get away from that name and change it but now when time has passed and he has established himself and showed what kind of artist he is, his versatility and depth etc now "Rap Monster" is just cool and something extra to add on. Now he is Kim Namjoon, RM but daaaamn Rap Monster. It's gone from maybe could have been seen as a little cringe, to just "yes he is (and was) a fµcking rap monster!".

During that time B2K from Japan was big great videos and visuals. They were all AK47s erc.(misconception hip hop or rap has to be bulletridden violence so do that) Luckily they got their foothold w/ it and then dropped it like a hot 🥔. I missed out b/c this was the 1st thing I saw and thought yay talented but all copy & not unto the hood violence no matter the hood. Fade to Fake Love and I'm like OMG who are these guys etc. Mind blown then I see Jimin and his eyes and am like wait,....wait? (Artist I see the bones and eyes and mind does the facial recognition) and think No way!!!... search and found this MV and just went nuts ... ITS THEM! Thus was the rabb8t hole. Had to find out what the heck happened & thank whomever for the brilliance to change and grow out of that .

I'm guessing the cuts were to protect the OP from copyright. For me the trouble with this video is that it is off-sync between the sound and the choreo. Everything hits just slightly wrong when it's off a half beat still a fabulous performance.

This was just one of those early hard-hitting diss & boast tracks telling the world we are here & we will go hard. Unfortunately iirc it did not make any music chart. Also, just a note, Coolio has just suddenly passed away. He was only 59. He helped & taught the boys about the philosophy & lessons of music & life on American Hustle Life & the boys were eternally grateful to him. I did not think he was cringey at all, he was supposed to be a stern bootcamp sergeant at one point but awarded them money, clothes, dinner & most importantly, the aforementioned "words", later in the series. If RM had said he will try to less your pain by a few percent, then Coolio helped make BTS just a few percent more authentic than anybody else in the industry of show biz entertainment. Edit: I know you have a lot on your plate, but if possible, a reaction to the Gangsta's Paradise music video, which had actress Michelle Pfeiffer in it due to "Dangerous Minds", would be befitting.
