Metal Vocalist First Time Reaction - Mcfly Live in Rio 2022 ( 3 Song Reaction ) 

Danny doesn't do anything halfway! he's always all in, but behind the scenes he is so goofy, fun and funny!

McFly is a high quality band and listening to them live is extremely wonderful 💜✨️

Ive been following McFly since 2005, they amaze me still to this day how good they are, it's disappointing when you listen to artists then hear them live, and they really aren't talented, but these guys are absolutely amazing.

They have documentaries of course, but if you want something compact with a musical twist, you should watch the ‘Mcfly the musical’ performance at Royal Albert Hall. Tom wrote that one especially for their 10th anniversary and many people actually learnt lots about them from the performance. Anyway thanks for the reaction! Hopefully more people will discover them while they’re still active as a group

❤❤❤ I think you would love the concert as a whole, it was last year, so not long ago at all. They go out on tour in UK in less than 2 weeks for their new album that was released at the beginning of the summer. This is my favourite Danny-only performance of Not Alone, but the original is a duet between him and Tom, and the harmonies are insane 😍

McFly started from a complete coincidence when Tom (glasses) & Danny were 17-18. Tom was part of a record company songwriting team looking to audition a new InSync style boy band. Danny’s sister told him about the audition but when he went he discovered it was not for a typical guitar & drums band. Someone asked Tom to work with Danny to come up with some dance moves & they had an instant connection, both wanting their own guitar band. The record company picked up on that & supported them for the next year while they lived in a hotel writing the songs for what eventually became their first album, which was recorded once they had auditioned to find a drummer (Harry) & a bass player (Dougie). The album went to No. 1, sold millions & McFly are the youngest band to ever have a No. 1 debut album. Tom & Dougie have gone on to publish children’s books while Harry won the UK’s equivalent of Dancing With The Stars & Danny was on Celebrity Masterchef & is a coach on The Voice Kids. All in all, pretty talented & versatile boys

If you ever find the time, you should listen to Tom Fletcher's sister Carrie Hope Fletcher. Her voice is just amazing. There are even some videos of Tom and Carrie singing together.

There are lots of interview clips of McFly over the past 18 years or so, if you want to see what they sound like in interviews. They've also done game shows, reality tv series (every band member). Danny was runner-up on Celebrity MasterChef UK in 2022 and he's been one of the coaches on The Voice Kids since 2017.

I'm absolutely in love with the solo of the first song (Josephine)! Also it's great how you analyze and appreciate the singing. You make very insightful musical comments! What's most impressive with the performances in these last 2 songs is that it's in the middle of a concert where they're just giving everything. And Danny still find a way to sound so good and scream his heart out.

The way danny wobbles his head side to side while singing amazingly is fun to watch 😂

Found your channel through the BTS reactions, which I absolutely love, now you have videos from my favorite band growing up! Loving these. I've seen McFly live twice and they're amazing! They've been together since they were super young and they're incredible to their fans, when they were touring Brazil they would literally sing with fans they met on hotels, airports etc so yeah, super talented and wholesome group! Im biased but this entire tour in Brasil was 10/10. I was in one of them (not Rio tho) and they were FANTASTIC as always. Tom had a problem with his voice and they all managed to make it all perfect, that’s the main reason Danny sang NOT ALONE solo here (it’s usually a duet with Tom) and for other songs Dougie sang most of Tom’s parts. Here in Rio Tom already had his voice back but I guess they were still cautious. And yet the band was INCREDIBLE! I mean, there’s no words. It’s a crime that McFly isn’t that popular because they truly deserve it! (And Danny Jones’ voice is like angels singing idc)

I used to have a video of Danny singing "Not Alone" from one of their first concerts nearly 20years ago and his vocal difference from then until now is insane! He was good back then...he's 100% the best now!

McFly All about you documentary is one I watched and enjoyed, it is from a couple years ago but it gives a good background on the group. I've enjoyed mcfly for a long time now. yes danny has a great voice but tom does too and you'll come to see when they sing together it's mind blowing.

If you ever have 45 min to spare, check out "mcfly all about us", it's a documentary about some of their rougher years and it's up on youtube. They also have an autobiography, where both Dougie (bass) and Tom (Guitarr/Piano) share their struggles with mental health, addiction, bipolar and more. When you know all that backstory and what they've gone through the songs hit even harder. Like Not Alone, Danny wrote that way back when, he was getting bullied in school for trying to pursue music.

We sing every language here hahahaha no matter the language, if it's music, we're singing. Actually not everyone here can speak English but we sing. You should check more of Brazilian crowd. We're really proud of that hahaha
