Agree with you on the vocals - they're washed out from the rest of the instruments, which sound awesome, but it's just this constant wall of sound before heading into the outro which also sounded pretty neat. I suspect the mix was deliberate and you would get a much different sounding song live in concert. Music video was sick - the dark visuals gave me flashbacks to The Crow.
