Main composer and co-founder Shiren (guitarist on right) has a condition in his right arm that makes it difficult to hold the guitar for very long, so he usually has it on a stand. The other founder is the singer Fuki and she is a legend in the rock metal scene in Japan, she's been in three of her own bands, been on numerous albums and together with Gacharic Spin created the DOLL$BOXX group.

Shiren is using a stand for his guitar, you can see the feet of it @ 5:17 Shiren has it on a stand as he stuffers with Tenosynovitis, so he uses the stand so the guitar does not out any weight on his arm, and cause him pain. He is getting better now, as in live shows he'll play with a stand at the start then switch to one without about 1/2 way though, whereas it used to be the entire concert.
Shiren is the guitarist with the headless guitar that looked like it was on a stand. It likely was on a stand. For at least 5 years Shiren has been suffering from chronic tendonitis in his shoulders, wrists and hands (maybe more). For awhile he had to completely stop playing the guitar. That is why in the Angreifer video he is only singing. His condition has improved enough where he could start playing again but his guitars need to be as light as possible and he will sometimes use a stand. He is the primary composer for Unlucky Morpheus and he has been forced to write less for himself and more for Jill, the violinist. You forgot he was also the main guitarist for the band " Yousei Teikoku" Which he has since left probably due to the medical issues piling up. As that band was also in a similar vein music wise to UM.
@@danw6048 I don't know. Their twitter is still active. With the last post being oct 14. However that doesn't mean much. I havn't seen anything that would lead me to believe they are active though. No new music since 2017 ish. And their actual website doesn't appear to be in use. But who knows with some of those bands. But since it's a sister band to Yousei Teikoku it wouldn't take much for Yui to get things going again.
