Another Metallica song on the way tomorrow... sort of. There might be some memes and tables in it. 👀 Also, people have mentioned recently they liked the spoiler free titles. While this video IS a 100% FC... should we keep using spoiler free video titles? Let me know your thoughts!
Please do keep the spoiler free titles! I thick it's much more exciting to not be aware of whether or not you will succeed (or whether or not you will be tabled at the very end).
I was actually going to say I love that you stopped putting 100% FC in the title, because it is usually much better when you don't know if this is going to be a successful run or not. I feel like this is the only time I think a "Spoiler" has somewhat bothered me, but either way, I'm happy just enjoying the great videos!
I remember playing this song for what seemed like days at a time because I was trying so hard to hit 750k on GH3 at the time back in ohh 2008 I think it was. I'll never forget getting that achievement finally hitting about 767k. Still one of the best overall songs to play in any guitar hero or rock band game.
If anything, The Judas Kiss, My Apocalypse, All Nightmare Long, and Suicide and Redemption make the album worth listening to. Though I personally enjoy all the songs on the album.
Doctor_wuh he uses a program to put twitch chat over the game so he can move his eyes over the chat quickly while there are lulls in the intensity I believe he said
ZombieGOdown56 That’s hilarious. While it is definitely true for the experienced player, like myself, a less experienced player is going to have a much more difficult time playing it. Besides, if you actually spend time in the practice mode, you can get incredible results quite quickly
You know, I wish Neversoft actually used open notes on guitar. From what I remember, it was mostly reserved for bass. It makes the variety of the charts so much cooler and varied. It's stuff like this that makes me realize how much more fun charts would have been if they did. I also wish Harmonix had taken that idea, since I love RB3 so much, and having an option to have charts with slightly different charting with, like, an open note option on RB3 would have rocked, or even if they took some of the ideas from GHWT. I also wish everything past GHWT wasn't slide obsessed, I went back and played those games and I was like "Wait, I can cheese this easily and I'm bad at this." Like, One's solo in GH:Metallica being entirely slides compared to the GH3 chart was kind of not fun.
why is Jason's first fret black? I thought they all were green! Who paints their first fret black? Wouldn't that make all or your fingers black after a while? :P (kappathatdoesn'tworkinRU-vid)
It was a joke. I tried to make it look as sarcastic as possible by adding a Kappa (which doesn't work on YT, which was part of the joke) and a ":P". I mean, he mentions the green screen in the highlight because of a green shirt he almost bought but couldn't wear during the streams.
thank you for this chart rek3dge, im guessing its rek3dge. nice play jason, sorry my gf was over and i wanted to spend all my time with her so havent been on stream but ill be here today man! jparalove
Ive been playing non stop since may...im now just getting comfortable with expert from being on Hard the last 5 months...i have come to terms that i will never be this good...RIP me playing all the cool custom songs😭
view 868. im not even too interested in this, as i like watching meme stuff and songs i know from you, but i just kinda appreciate your videos in general, so i clicked. nice FC dude!
Open notes existed since Guitar Hero World Tour but were exclusive to Bass until Guitar Hero Live came out. Open notes didn't have sustains until... I think either Guitar Hero 5 or Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock that finally introduced long open notes. Open notes are played by strumming without holding any frets and pressing any fret during a long/sustained open note cuts off the tail. By that logic, having extended open note sustains that sustains other notes simply don't really work.
Custom charts are normally better made nowadays than the old classic charts. Charting things more accurately, etc. It's just the note layout and the addition of the sixth/open note.
There's about as much repetition in this song as in songs like MoP, ...AJFA, and most of their other long thrash songs, and this is one of the shortest of their long songs.
Black was extremely good, but felt slightly patchy. My favourite will always be Kill Em All, but The Black Album doesn't deserve any of the flak that it gets. To me it feels less like people are annoyed about the accessibility of the album, but are more annoyed about how overplayed the songs became, making people say that the album sucks.
Oh yeah kill em all was awesome! And yeah a lot on Black is over played, but despite how popular that album is, there are still some "hidden gems" some people would say, which by that I assume they mean they hardly play some of those songs live, however they did just play Of Wolf and Man live a while back. I don't know, I like majority of Metallicas albums.
