This lifestyle is harder than people give them credit for. Even though James was sick he performed anyway. It's not just showing up, it's the whole performance singing, playing and crowd interaction. It's harder than it looks.
💯 I read they have a healthy chef and masseuses and they work out a lot. But yes, it's a very demanding job and very rewarding for them and for us. I couldn't do it!
" I JUST WANT TO THANK MY WIFE FOR THE TICKETS SHE BOUGHT FOR MY BIRTHDAY ON SEPTEMBER 9TH I WAS THERE AT THE CONCERT SEPTEMBER 1ST THAT WAS THE GREATEST CONCERT......LOVE AND RESPECT TO MY WIFE AND METALLICA FOR NIGHT OF MY LIFE WITH LOVE AND RESPECT MR TRACEY A ANTONE SR "
It’s incredible to me (as a person with crazy high stage fright) that with their insane success, how many times they’ve done this, and just… how damn good they are at it, they still kinda seem to have a little pre-show jitters. Maybe never goes away…
I saw them back in the day. Lots of hair flying around the arenas and stadiums and bodies too. They're a different band today. I grew up on the Metallica before the Black album. Still great. Miss my youth.
4:34 James took my hand and put our tattoos together, most amazing moment ever! wish that guy wasn't in the way! (No I don't have/didn't have covid lol)
I was there the first night, EPIC! And fortunately I attended the second night the week after and UNFUCKING FORGETTABLE! Metallica Thx For The Memories Baby! \,,/
I guess every Metallica show starts with 'Ectasy of Gold' There is no better way to start a show than seeing Tuco running between the graves of Sad Hill I know there are a lot of metal fans here who might not be very interested in movies, so here is my advice: Watch 'The Good, the Bad and the Ugly' It's not only the BEST movie of all time, it means a lot to Metallica fans because of this scene RIP Ennio Morricone RIP Sergio Leone RIP Eli Wallach
Un sobrino de mi esposo vino desde chihuahua mexico , y que se cánselo el segundo concierto !!! El ya se fue mi pregunta es ir pasará con los boletos 🎟 tan caros ?
I was at this show.... pretty disappointed that it was cut short. I understand James couldn't help it and I don't blame him but to pay full price for a shorter show kinda sucks. I was also at the show in the late 90's when James hurt his back and couldnt make it to the show. So I understand shit happens. But still.... all the bands sounded really good though
You’re vaccinated? Then you’re Fu€ked dude… Have you turned a blind eye to everything that’s happening to people who got the jabz? May God have mercy on you.
Metallica cut this show short by one song. James started feeling ill at the end of this show. I read the song they dropped was 'Master of Puppets' - d'oh! Of all the luck.
I had GA floor tix and sold them before the show because you could tell from watching RU-vid videos that they would really only be in your area 25% of the time, and the rest of the time, they were so far away you would hardly see them. So we got lower level for night 1 and you could see everyone all the time, but you had to give up being as close. Was still the way to go. For night 2 I got super lucky and scored an extremely cheap Snake Pit ticket and that was awesome. I was super close. and because I wasn't locked in on the inner rail, I could wander wherever they did. I pretty much followed James and Kirk around all night. It was excellent.
Imagine paying all that money to be front row only for Hetfield's vocals being drowned out by the bozo's stood next to you cos os a puny PA and modern volume restrictions... Fuck that!!! 😂😂😂😂
