Nah wrong. He doesn’t pull off the high low F note on the first fret in the verse riff. It’s picked. U obviously don’t watch Metallica videos to check.
Hey i was wondering what kind of stuff to get that tone. Do you go from audio interface to an amp simulator and if so which one. Or do you go from amp to audio interface. Mad respect for you man, it's amazing how people can sound spot on with covers and you are definitely one of them. Keep it going.
do you have any tips on improving this fast triplet picking? for example, do you find it easier using stiff or soft picks? string quality? I struggle with getting each pick/strum cleanly at high speed. any tips would be appreciated lol
I agree with Cameron, I personally use Dunlop Jazz III picks but I used the James Hetfield ones before that. They're both on the thicker side so I would recommend that over a soft pick!

2 tracks (hard panned left and right) for rhythm guitar parts, 1 center track for lead parts and then any additional harmony tracks are either in the center or panned just off center. Hope that helps!
