I was pretty sure that I'd go with Metallica on this one, but The Hu changed by mind. I really enjoyed the lead singer's voice, in combination with the drums. I think the song gains a lot more weight, more "pondus" in the HU version.

Metallica are legends but ill give this one to the HU.

Very impressive. Dont compare 2 bands. Different time different band but Hu made Very unique cover in the world.

Definitely The Hu. Them fiddles and throat singing add new layers and make the song much more complex.

somehow the HU made it sound heavier even when using traditional Mongolian instruments that had other instruments backing it just added to it more.

I take it back I like the hu's version more. That throat singing makes it sound heavier and whatever instrument they're using adds more complexity to the song.

Well I like a good bottle and the Hu definitely makes it fun!!!

The black album and "... and justice for all" are the highlight of metallica for me, so this one goes to them. I guess familiarity is playing here again too, as I listened to those on repeat when they appeared. That said, I didn't expect to like the HU's version as much as I did.

i hope they realize alot of those "strange" sounds are not actually instruments but throat singing notes and vocal sounds

Metallica though I'am a bit so so about the song. Definately to good to be called a filler but doesn't really grab the imagination. The cover version is a bit fiddlely (pun intended) and though they're trying interesting things it doesn't quite get there though the song isn't that interesting either. I love the German vocals (Mongolia ) It makes you feel like you're in the Tutenberg forest waiting to ambush Varus's legions. Good song nothing more and I ll go for Metallica.
