so much shield blessing. saved my entire midgame from being stuck in merchant (i was stuck in merchant for resource efficiency nothing more) oh and medi. cause heals.
@@kalilove7281 what makes him good is his Royal Thief passive, when he dodges, the enemies lose ALL of their turn icons. Honestly he carries the lategame by himself.
Make Heismay a full support dodge tank. His Royal Thief class has a passive where, when he dodges, the enemies lose ALL of their turns. Literally make him a debuffer/healer, get Vidyartha from Trickster, Pen Patra from Saviour, Medica from Cleric, and wtv you need on slot 4.
so following your rules i also got a few skills to recommend 1. Shield Blessing from the Wizard class. this will recover 10 mp if the character who has it has any buff. this recovery is per action, so if you pass through your entire party thats a +20. this pairs really well with guard lore of knight. any form of auto buff works guard lore is just the easiest to get. because then you start buffed. i recomend this mp regen simply because it enables any other strategy. even fi you dont use it in bosses just having the option to go to a weak enemy, stand infront of it and get mp back, leave and repeat forever, is very valuable. it was the point where i finally could stop running quad merchant. another skill that oddly havent been brought up is medi and medica from healer and cleric. yeah they might be obvious but having one medi user saves you in so many fights. and on a last note: debt collection from merchant. since shield blessing can give you infinite mp, that skill turns from "brun mp before leaving dungeon" to an infinite mag generation machine. since it makes mag each use and costs mp you can just regen the mp and get more mag. also, unscathed bonus affects this generated mag. honorable mention goes to masked reverie off masked dancer, while it is a adept class its unlock timing is why i put it as honorable mention, as it might be a tiny bit too late for what this list intended. but it is another mp regen skill and stacks with shield blessing for faster regen.
People underrate the steal skill. I normally don't inherit it because I usually have Heismay with the thief lineage. The thing is that steal ALWAYS gets the rare item an enemy is carrying if it succeeds, this lets you get a lot of good equipment from normal enemies and bosses without having to spend money on it.
while these are also all really good skills and recomendations, one thing you are never allowed to forget dear viewers. what you inherit depends entirely on your strategy. like for example i didnt have a tank, so no proclamation and i hate rng so no roguery. instead i ran like 3 wizards and a warrior and had some debuffs and later the funny dancer skill that makes weaknesses when a boss decided to be annoying.
Most MP hack I've found is when you unlock Wizard. It's called Shield Blessing, this give you 10 MP per turn as long as you are buffed. Around the same time this unlocks, the Faker will get something that increases defense for everyone in the party. So, I just have 3 wizards and 1 faker. Boom unlimited mana give or take since most skills only take 10 MP at this point and if you ever want to spend more, just block or pass a couple of rounds. Eventually, there's also a Commander weapon that gives increased Damage to everyone in the party as well, so eventually will be 3 Wizards and a Commander. The commander as mentioned can also get Vigor which bumps the attack up to 3 stacks which is horribly over powered.
I've got a version of this running, while also including the Masked Dancer skull that replenishes MP. I think I get 16 MP back every turn, though equipping accessories and weapons that give back MP can raise that to between 24 and 38.
eyy based. but you limited yourself it goes alot better even early game. shield blessing + guard lore. doesnt matter if on wizard or inherited. is just free mp since its an auto buff independant of any gear or existing mp. the highest i stacked mp WITHOUT GEAR REQUIREMENT is 24 shield blessing + masked reverie + revitalize 3 + guard lore (or any other autobuff) then have all chars be in the same liniage for reverie to actually be good. this want built for combat, but for refresh purposes.
@@Flutterdark_ You can stack these and just guard until you're almost dead, then if you have Bardon at 7 just auto run away heal and re-engage. Easy unlimited MP :D
@@SuperiorPosterior I think 16 MP is too much at this point of the game and I'd rather be killing things than just recover MP. Masked Revelry is also really good tho, I'd rather have magic boosting abilities though since all medium spells are only 10 and free for the most part. Only person who would probably need more is Heismay who I use as a buffer for Formation Vigor.
Medica from Cleric is more than enough in late game for healing, I find it more efficient than the one from Savior. I'd skip patra because status ailments item are so cheap so no need to waste your slot
makarakarn is better then it was said in the video. IF you know magic is coming. cause repels just DELETE the enemy turn entirely. they could have 8 turn icons. one repel and they are GONE same with tetrakarn.
hey question and I have been searching online everywhere for someone to answer this question: For passive skills, can a character have more than one passive skill equipped from more than one archetypes? Oh and also is it that the available skills that a character can learn for an archetype limited to how leveled up that particular character is with that archetype? So for e.g. if Strohl is rank 15 Archetype in Brawler, is it that the skills available at level 15 for that Archetype only limited to Strohl or can carry them over to someone else? Thanks for the video. I intend to get this game soon but I am just currently enjoying the gameplay and guides so far before delving in.
You can inherit as many passive skills as you have slots for. Inherited abilities are not restricted on the current equipped archetypes level. If Strohl brawler is equipped at level 1 I can inherit level 20 archetype abilities from other classes I leveled up.
@@TagTheLegend thanks for the quick response. Appreciated. Looking forward to playing this game this Friday. I know quite specific but it is cuz I’m traveling and will be back home to my ps5 to give this game a go
