Correct...You have to get to certain age where you get life experiences and then work actively for changes in society..because then you will get some idea of the concept of life... I am a young advocate aged 42 ... joined llb after 35 years of age when faced few issues of my house, land etc. I thought there is serious need to defend ourself and other defenseless people in this greedy world... When I see a fresh graduate fighting a divorce case where client is telling her story to this newbie(in life) I laugh at the situation... I believe family cases should be taken up by mature advocates personally and they should not just handover completely to juniors who dont even know what relationship of marriage actually means. But we can't stop others from what they do. Appreciate Krishnaraj ji for encouraging people to fight with a proper strategy. When you face an issue, you have to start thinking like a lawyer who is going to present your case before judge and so have to keep collecting all possible evidences.
🤗😊😊 I totally agree! Young advocates should not be handling family and marital disputes. For that matter, counselling between older married couples cannot be done by people who are much younger and inexperienced with the depth of a relationship. It takes a decade or two to develop the necessary insights, which are essential for being a genuine problem solver!

Absolutely right, majority of people chicken out due to bootlicking mentality or fear, most may never accept the fact and blame it on unnecessary things like the company is big, can't waste time , small amounts,etc. Builders know it. The core of the issue is people are not taught to fight for the things they need, rather they are taught to take short cuts to a "perceived" easy life(govt. Jobs,move abroad ,etc). People just think the worst would happen giving confidence to builders. Builder's can smell chicken type people and often prey on them, a tiger type person woild get a better deal at the builders office where as a chicken would get the worst deal, seen it happen countless timea.. Every sector has crooks when one man stands , others follow 100% , but here the group mentality and manipulation makes chickens out of fine mens.
Our judiciary system, administrative services, and law enforcement forces are just so much "Diifficult" to say the least, that the common man rather prefers to either avoid adverse situations, ignore grievances, or sometimes take the law in their own hands and serve their own type of justice...
