Uploader's comments: Another Metroid remix. If anyone can't understand the "vocals", the beginning says "Mission Target: Galactic Federation" and the ending simply repeats "Sylux" a few times.
Sylux is such a mysterious hunter, I really wonder if the rumors about the Metroid Prime 3: Corruption 100% ending are true and we'll see him (I'm not sure about that "him", but I guess it's a guy) in another Metroid game, perhaps even as Samus' new nemesis. I added the section of this ending in the video for that reason. He does seem to hate the Galactic Federation as well as Samus Aran...it would make sense for him to be the next main villain. One thing is for sure: I would approve.

He's not a Phazon-mutated Metroid who has doomed a peaceful Chozo civilization. He's not a demonic Lovecraftian horror who's gained tyrannical control over TWO dimensions. He's not a super-powered doppelganger who kidnapped a galactic supercomputer and planned to turn the known universe into hive minded Phazon-jacked slaves. He's just a rival with a personal history.......and REALLY fucking hates you. Somehow that's just as disturbing as the previous three. The fact that he has goals and that they're personal. He doesn't want the universe. He wants you crushed.

No. You have it all wrong. In the 100% ending, it shows all of the hunters flying away, so they recovered and are alive. As for the Delano 7, Samus's ship undergoes a redesign every five days, so why can't other hunters do that?

Given that the last two games in the chronology so far (Other M and Fusion, in that order) ended with the Federation as the real villain, I think it's actually more likely that Sylux would be a protagonist. It may sound ridiculous, but if you've played both games (which I have), it really isn't all that far-fetched.

Parnifia the Bastard The other villains or bounty hunters did their jobs for greed and reward. Samus did it for the reward, but also for peace. Sylux on the other hand did it to keep the peace, so really the two would be a great team. What's a shame though is the fact a certain douchebot stole away Sylux's powers...

Sales Kital He hated Samus because she was part of the Federation. Now that Samus actually hates the Federation, though...if Sylux discovered that, his opinion may change. Really, it just depends on the outcome of what Samus does next to make them friend or foe.

If you get the 100% ending you'll see the colors of the hunters fleeing the ship. I'm not sure why some people want Dark Samus back so bad, her story's done and over with. Sylux has a virtual treasure trove of backstory to go over.

It's amazing how utterly Sylux eclipsed every other hunter who was introduced in Metroid Prime Hunters in terms of popularity among the fandom, and well...all the other elements too, even including the Alimbics and Gorea. I'd dare say he pretty thoroughly eclipses the Prime 3 hunters in terms of popularity as well. I haven't seen a relatively minor character in a science fiction/space fantasy series take off like this since General Grievous and it wouldn't be repeated until Trazyn the Infinite.

+Pavel Volkovoi It really helped that Sylux was effectively the most fleshed out Hunter as well. A detailed ship(only Ghor shares this in the trilogy and Weavel's is a 3 second cameo), a remarkably interesting backstory(no other Hunter is shown to have a strong connection to the GF), and more importantly, an actual cameo to speak of(Corruption's 100% ending). Retro(and NST by extension) knew what they planned with the character from the outset. It took 8 years, but acknowledgement of the character is wonderful.

That is true, Pasha, although I think the other Hunters from MPH should make a reappearance in the next game, if that is indeed the intention of the game creators. The good part of Metroid Prime Hunters is that it is open-ended, and it is easy to write a story involving the events before and after the game.

sorry bud but there is no going to be a metriod prime hunters 2 the story line was based that samus had to fight other hunters and the only badass ones are gone so ya but there is a small chance that if that was dark samus in the ship then there might be and prime 4 but there not working on metriod games right now unfortanitly but they should get one started soon with all the comotion going on about when the next metriod game is going to start being developed!

Watch the ending of Prime Hunters carefully. You see coloured shapes leaving the Oubliette as it explodes corresponding to the hunter's beams. Also, the narration clearly says that all phazon is gone. Period, no exceptions. Not a single atom of it remains in the universe. Dark Samus is dead. Forever. The Metroid Prime is never coming back.

Tyler Stomm Remember, Samus' ship has AI that can be signaled to enter combat and exit combat on certain times. Chances are, Sylux entered that same AI into his ship but to launch everything it had against you in order to try and stop you from defeating him.

Sylux is not dead. Remember, it shows his ship and everyone else that were hunters escaping the planet after Samus defeated the Ultimate Weapon. His ship's AI can be controlled manually, but I doubt he would do that if he's in a weakened state.

Your right but I think that In the next game might reveal who is in the ship stalking and watching samus too bad there not developing any metriod games right now but there's a chance it could be dark samus because dark samus can survive so long as there's phazon and there is no proof that ALL the phazon was destroyed just the source was so there is a small chance that dark samus will continue to live on...

sylux died in the release of gorea all the hunters (besides samus aran) gave thier beams and power to break the seal gorea was released and absorbed all the hunters samus then later destroyes gorea killing all the absorbed hunters so in the end samus really did destroy all the hunters so its likely either a weak and have little time to live dark samus or a secret new villain of samus but the ship is definitly different then all the ships seen in the metriod series so far.

Me and my dad played MP:H online for 2-3 years. And it was a fucking blast. It was the first game I ever played online. I made so many friends. I then moved onto Halo 3, which is tied for my most favourite game of all time with MP:H. Ever since MP:H died out I have been waiting for Metroid Prime 4 or Hunters 2. I would feel very depressed after watching Nintendo's E3 only to find no Trace of Metroid. Retro better make Prime 4/Hunters 2. Give it an updated Hunters MP and a sick Single player.

We dont really know if they are dead, because gorea didnt kill them, he only absorved their powers, and in the final cut scene, when the planet was destroyed, we see 6 lights flying out of the planet(the same number of hunters). I really hope that metroid prime hunters come back, because it is a great game, one of my favorite games i ever played!

Leaving only Sylux's ship to be the one at the end of Prime 3. The excuse of design difference won't fly either for it not being his because Samus' ship is the SAME ONE in Prime 1 and 2, just with upgrades.

Yes but, in the end of Prime Hunters, you see six ships fly away from the Exploding ship. So I guess they all survived....hopefully to reappear in a later game! :D

If I recall, you can see 6 colored dots flying away from the ship as it explodes. Implication: That's their ships. They survived.

the wiki details the ship as unknown origin but it is possibly dark samus as dark samus had to steal a ship that happend to be a federation prototype in order to escape with aurora unit 313 and although planet phaze was destroyed dark samus can live so long as it has enough phazon if there is just a bit of phazon left there will not be enough for dark samus to hold a stable form. but there is a chance dark samus made an escape and fled in the stolen federation prototype.

The scene: Samus has finally reached Sylux on the bridge of his flagship. At 0:00, Sylux goes into one final monologue about him and Samus. At 0:30, the battle begins. At 1:25, the ship enters hyperspace. At 1:52, the ship drops out of hyperspace with the haunting view of the GF homeworld and fleet before a space battle starts. At 2:47 Sylux calls his ship. At 3:01 his ship starts bombarding the bridge. At 4:13, Samus tackles Sylux over the edge of the bridge and they begin free-fall...
