examples at different BPMS of how to use a metronome, you'll see that at times its easy to get out of synch like I did' I suggest you stay under 100 BPM until you can do it for 2/5 minutes without mis timing.

when I knew I wasn't in time ,I stopped and started over this is how to get better . I messed up on 120 BPM which is why I stopped and started over to get back in time😊
