What a brilliant insight to the abuse of powers you are giving the general public. Many people who don’t have regular contact with the police have absolutely no idea of what is going on and just how difficult it is for those who do.
Some of us do, and not everyone has the ability to stand up to them like auditors do. Which is why I hate the cops so much. Many innocent people are put through the system for no good reason, and they don't understand he police are abusing their powers. Police are predators, they prey on the vulnerable just to stroke their ego and to tick boxes. All the while, actual robberies, violent and sexual crimes are being committed and the police don't seem to give a flying fuck about half of them.

I was just watching a Yardley Ski audit and they started off talking about hostile reconnaissance but they then veered off and started claiming that terrorists might pretend to be auditors. They may well let tax payers pick up the bill for their illegal activity.
I heard from a recent interview with a Met boss aka corruption enabler following the fallout from Couzens and his rapist buddies, that a couple of thousand were under investigation. That would represent around 10% of Met officers. Absolutely outrageous to have that level of alleged corruption.

I am 54 and seen the change.. My mother is terrified of them because she was innocently walking past a disturbance outside a pub and she was pushed to the floor by the police her teeth knocked out and just because she was walking past !!. Only started watching your videos a few days ago. Already I have watched many. This seems like the biggest case so far where you must sue. They overstepped the boundaries more than once despite you telling them you do not consent. More than any other this is the one case you need to claim for.
This is a long known practise, and the best is when they talk in a way of befriending you so that you are wrong footed. Instead of protecting the public from the criminal element in society, they try to criminalise innocent people.

it's extremely depressing to see the police abusing their power time and time again, the vast majority of us aren't clued up on the laws and the procedures so they are getting away with a lot.
Even if you aren't versed in the law, just ask questions why they are doing something & according to what law & let th spell it out, while you record them. Far too often they have no grounds to do anything & people just let them, because the obey too quickly. If something feels wrong or unfair, it probably is.
Yep, it happened to me for not wearing a mask. The police in question violated many of my rights and at that time I was clueless. Everyone needs to put some time in to educate themselves as most police can't be trusted. I'm a lot wiser now.

The infuriating thing is the legislation is already in place to hold these criminals in uniform to account - Section 26 Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015 - improperly executing the powers of a constable. It is a national scandal that despite all the cases that have made the public domain of police officers acting outside the law, there have been no prosecutions. The current problem is that there is now a vicious circle where the least suitable people to be police officers are the ones that are being recruited.

@@johnbonner2306 Are you that naive mate? Did you see what he was doing prior to being approached by police. Did you see the location? Did that look like somewhere you would go to check out the scenery? He purposely acts strangely around police vehicles and property until he is approached. When he is first spoken to he responds rudely or dismissively because he knows it often gets peoples backs up. He also films everything because he thinks his camera keeps him safe. He will find out the hard way one day.
The simple solution would be for the police to go over and LOOK INSIDE THE CARS to see if there actually IS anything on display that would be useful to a criminal. Apparently this was beyond their imaginative ability.
Actually, the owner of the car is the problem, not someone filming so the cops had no reason to hassle AB but should be hassling the owners of the car.
