Does any police officer know the rules or even the law they’re not employed for what they know that employed for what they can teach them to do against the law
Their unwillingness to call each-other out on misuse of power is absolutely horrific. Well done AB for being apparently the ONLY person there holding them accountable.
Ha ha so funny, she Detains and demands personal private information and surprised he gets upset.... I would raise my voice also with refusal to provide lawful reason to hamper my Freedom.
Always astounding that the police take several hours to attend a break in, but appear like cockroaches when they think their cars are being filmed! You tell 'em AB!
Great video! Again, how on earth have these police officers never heard of AB? Who recruits these individuals from, I assume, a large pool of applicants as the best candidates for the job? The Police are going to hell in a handcart and I, personally, have lost any remaining respect for an institution which has become a revenue collecting service rather than dealing with crimes which result in a victim.
@@johnstonlee He wasn't wasting anyone's time - he did not call them out - there was no baiting! They appeared out of the woodwork - their pathological fear (paranoia) of a man with a camera was the cause - not AB. Why do you assume that burglaries only occur in unprotected properties - you must be a plod/ dimwitted wooden top.
@@johnstonlee Do me a favour Lee - I've never been burgled but I know lots of people who have. The reaction of this officer is indefensible. More training required.
George Carlin once said: “Rights aren’t rights if someone can take them away. They’re privileges. That’s all we’ve ever had in this country is a bill of temporary privileges.”
As an ex cop of 30yrs ( retired in 2012) this is so bad. Policing and COMMON SENSE has been thrown to the wind. Thank God I retired and got out and away from cops that DO NOT KNOW THE LAW ! And ffs SMARTEN UP ! Get your hands out of your pockets and TRY to look professional!
it's funny that when back up cops show up, they all say "but i wasn't here when that happened". and as always, you have to listen to them tell you why you were wrong in the matter (even though they weren't there) .
So are the police saying they only perform an arrest if they personally witness a crime? I'm pretty sure that isn't the case. A little bit of 'selective reasoning' going on there.
I maybe an old man now but when I joined the Police back in 1979, self discipline was one of the key requirement drummed into you from day 1. Even after my training was completed we had to 'Parade' before we went on duty to ensure our appearance was up to the required standard. This made you very proud to wear the Police uniform and to ensure the 'Oath' was maintained. What I see now horrifies me, officers with scruffy hair, tattoos, filthy boots and shoes, Women officers looking as they are about to go out clubbing, sun glasses, gang badges, the list goes on and on. How can the public have respect for Police when they have no self respect themselves? This is all down to poor management and supervision from the Chief Constables down!
@@Landofnothing , the Police have regulations regarding what can or cannot be worn while on duty. Sloppy personal appearance and untidy uniforms indicate why the behaviour of Police is so poor.
@@Landofnothing , it has nothing to do with hurting anyone, it is about presenting yourself as a professional. And if you want to go down that road it is actually a breach of health and safety.
I've lived in Poland for twenty-odd years, and every encounter I've had with the police has been problem-free. They are well trained and courteous. You can keep this one.
Well, I don't believe you. The only difference is that they get involved when you break the law.. Like in my country, they do whatever they like if they have any excuse - laws don't matter... The judge is there to cover their backs...
Polska to kraj który nadal ma te same podstawowe prawa co w czasach komunistycznych, gdzie policja może żądać od ciebie dowodu tożsamości bez żadnych podstaw.
One of my ex bosses was a cop so I used to know loads of them working on their cars, they were all decent (Except one who was quite new) they would be embarrassed to see these un educated 8 week training pretending police. Watching AB for ages and there is a trend its the woman officers which are more the problem than the men!
That was absolutely brilliant AB, that first woman did not have a clue what she was doing, extremely incompetent / unprofessional and the history lesson on the flag was epic, also the comment of that woman at the end, “ do what you want, you know your rights” butthurt and defeated.
Polish, and she does not remember her own history, how not to be autocratic, but respectful, because Germany showed the same spirit she is, though up the scale a great deal more.
PC (Platinum & Cocky) they treated him because he defends his rights as if he was BI (Brain Injured) JESUS they were almost saying - do you like the shiny cars where is your nanny state your name and we can put a message out on the LBC (Lost Boy Channel) sponsored by Lord Mountbatten
AB. This is a perfect example of how police try and strip us away from our rights and importantly we all need to study the law and pace acts for situations like this.. Good on you brother. What a beautiful content. Keep up the good work.
@@AuditingBritain I'd like to give you a real genuine thank you for what you do sir.... Our common law is precious, if these goons are allowed to walk all over our rights we will end up like in North Korea... Rights have to be exercised. Thank you very much indeed.
Love how they gather round the car at the end and discuss what they have learned from this encounter and pine for the good old days before the camera, when judges had no recorded evidence ,and always believed the cops side of the story, and when steps down to thecells were always steep, and arrested people kept accidentally falling down them!
Wow, just wow - AB at his angry best, brilliant audit AB and the look of shame on that female officer's face when she realised she had been outwitted in trying to impose unlawful commands on you was priceless. Well done also for challenging their gang sign but they still don't get it do they? Stay safe man.
if its not the union jack then its gang related 100% ,,, its dark and morbid when compared to the real deal ,, so here's the deal , its not part of your uniform and everyone I've spoken to about it is saying the same thing ,, gang affiliated
@@jg3752 On one hand the thin blue line represents a sort of memorial to fallen officers, on the other it stands for the line of defense between the "police" and utter chaos. That's two terms that a LOT of "police" would have you believe. Most people (on videos i've watched) believe the line represents a sort of gang sign...indicating a brotherhood, basically the "police" mentality that stands for "We protect our own and the public can go fuck themselves whilst we twist the law to suit ourselves". Irregardless of what we believe or think, one fact remains, the thin blue line on the country's flag is a desecration. Hope that helps. :)
@@jg3752 ofcourse it is JG i mean just look at it , its the most morbid flag on the planet , has no vibrancy in color and the union jack does vividly , if its not part of their uniform it should not be there imposting ,, look i realise its for rememberance for them but what about their victims ,, wheres their rememberance
@@Jonontoast what do you mean by that? As someone diagnosed with aspergers the only comment here I take offense too is yours so please explain?........

I was born in Eastern Europe and came to live, work and study in the UK 7 years ago. My children are born in the UK, go to school, pretty much enjoy the freedom this amazing country is offering. I would never wish for myself nor my children to encounter, an Eastern or Central European tyrant of a police officer. When you hire someone as a public servant from that part of the world, please make sure they are aware, they work to protect and serve the citizens of this country who have rights. The police officers ARE NOT ABOVE THE LAW!!
Police in the UK would behave in exactly the same way as an officer from Eastern & Central Europe if they weren't challenged by AB and members of the public and other authorities. Police frequently abuse their powers if not being filmed - this is clear from AB audits. They continue to abuse their powers even when they are being filmed.
I am your subscriber and I am from Poland. I feel so embarrassed that polish girl is doing wrong in the UK. In Poland Police cannot ID a citizen until has lawful grounds. First Police must cite the section of the law then they are allowed to identify anybody. Apologizes for this witch. Cheers and keep doing what you are doing. Great job brother.
11:30 Look at the blonde officer's face when the Polish one admits that you weren't in the back yard. She's realising that what came over the radio wasn't true.
Yes exactly the realisation that her colleague just lied, was like a lead weight dropping, all and any credibility for the detainment was blown right out of the water there and then and it was definitely written all over that blonde ladies face, she said in expression FFS as she glanced back at the other one. Bang done and in ABs words zziiippppp it!
I am impressed again and again: You can be diplomatic, humorous, educated and now also energetic...right to the point in the bent policesoul :-) Best regards from Germany!
AB cant seem to miss..it gets better every episode honestly lost for words how he deals with situations. Firm and diplomatic. And BTW stay abit longer next time 😅👏🏼👏🏼 absolute legend 🐐
By far the best auditor around is AB. Watched this again, they certainly didn’t get to infringe any further. You take standing your ground to another level. You exposed their lack of ethical and intellectual abilities. They seem to feel the need never to admit their own mistakes and instead in this situation, to not admit how the Polish officer has shown her professional inadequacies.
Yo! Ace video, AB Just one thing I wanted to ask: I've watched all of your videos 3 times over (in about 2 years), but today I found this video and a Hounslow video which I am sure I have never seen before. Unless I'm going crazy....lol. Love your work, AB, you are the highlight of my week, you make me crease up so much. AB for PM!
For those unaware, there's no general power to detain in the UK, without an arrest. Three specific circumstances: to prevent a breach of the peace; for the duration of a stop and search (PACE S1 or Terrorism Act S43); or to prevent you from interfering with a search of your home. Gang patches, recording without notifications, hands in pockets, backing each other up, issuing directives and copsplaining: everything we've come to expect.
Agreed agreed agreed, that was absolutely OUTSTANDING ....... that utter dumpling of an idiotic power tripping officer got well and truly TOLD by AB and not at all by its fellow officers ...... see how they ALL flock together!!!!
AB this is by far one of the top three you’ve done. An intelligent and informed man teaching our ‘custodians of the Law’ why they do the job they do. Brilliant. Can I ask you a question? I’ll go to Faceberk and join you there if ok? It’s to do with an officer threatening to ‘nick me’ if I didn’t give my name despite stating prior to that he wasn’t going to arrest me for defending myself! Haha.
My goodness! AB on the front foot. Wow! I've watched most, if not all of your audits, & this is the first time I've really seen you on the attack. It was brilliant. Kudos, old boy!
Well done AB love watching your videos I support your great work would love to meet you and shake your hand for all the great work you do for the course
AB is getting better and better! ...and he obviously learned a lot from Amagansett Press. There's a lot that needs to be fixed, over there at yours in the US and here in UK, not to talk about the EU, CAN & AUS, and these guys show nicely how to deal with the pigs. Loved it how AB poited out the difference between Poland & UK for her. Lived before in The EU. You need to carry and show your ID to every copper over there when ever they ask for without any reason...
@UCfFKLOxJ3bHvHIdI0h2Ohdg fuck off to the hole you came from - cameraman is a bellend and was so rude woman felt threatened by this man being demonstrative
Ring the police tell them you have an intruder your be very lucky if a copper turns up. Film outside a police station lawfully 6 come out and start on you, this is why now there is a massive disconnect. Well done AB another great video.
The shocking thing about this whole episode was, the only person that knew the law was you! They were all googling like mad to get something but failed. Telling her that the laws in this country are different from her own stumped her. Another brilliant audit ab you are the best.
The sad thing is, that isn't a shock at all. Standards of recruiting and training of PCs is so bad that we have come to expect incompetence, ignorance and bullying from the Police....and they live down to this standard time and time again. The Police needs to be replaced, there is no salvaging the current system or staff...time to do a Robert Peel and start again.
They don’t really work according to the law, but rather their own sense of right and wrong. So it’s not surprising when you see these foreign officers trying to enforce things from their own country.
Blonde must be strong holding up that wall with her shoulder!,! Glad you educated him on the origins of the thin red line, I wonder if he got permission to ware it, if it’s not stores issue then it should not be worn.
They keep telling you to stop shouting or want you to remain calm and expect you to be as quiet as a mouse when your being detained for no reason, lol...
I salute this auditor. It always turns out well when you keep your cool and let them expose the ignorance of our public servants. The male officer kind of got it right, but the two female officers were just being a pain, in the hope of escalating the situation.
cause he heard the reason why he was doing it.... if he didn't tell him they would go on forever, AB should not give anyreason and see how long it goes on for
Actually, in Poland, you do not need to id in such situations. The police in most cases do not know about it, and the auditor from our channel often voluntarily provides id, for example to check whether the police will comply with the rules related to ID procedure. Mostly they don't, unfortunately. As always great job AB!
@Nicole In Poland, you do not need to have an ID document with you. No need of this. You are not obliged to carry the document with you. There is no such thing as showing a document on demand. Of course, there are situations when you should show a document or provide your data. But this is in certain situations, such as witnessing a crime or misdemeanor, being similar to the person police are looking for, or when you are breaking the law.
@Nicole as it was said before, there is no law saying that you must have a document with you and, as we show in our films, the auditor often does not have a document and the data is verbally transmitted. Thanks for Your kind words :)
@@AuditingBritain and one reason I complained and I know people didn't like it. You don't need it in Poland and it was made to sound like ...go back to the country where you do. Cops can be wrong and so can auditors. I'd clarify this in a video because it really came across to me as bias.
I'm sick of hearing about this so called security risk, this terrorism threat after what's gone on in Afghanistan and how that situation was handled, Then they come at us with all the terrorism acts and laws. I think these authorities need to take a good hard look at themselves. People holding cameras and phones should not be treated as criminals from the get go. Great vid AB
@@HarveyKurtz1 The kids in Manchester were not killed at the police station. The kids were not killed with a camera. We cannot have our civil liberties impeded upon because of the police misusing section 43.
I hate how people use their police uniform to get your details. How many people who haven't watched this video or your videos would know this. They would give then everything and think they are always right but clearly they are not. Most are very arrogant and rude and try to belittle people. Keep it up AB. I watch your everyday man.
