If I’m mewing the saliva builds up below my tongue, is it okay to leave the mewing position to suck the saliva in your tongue go Back to the position and swallow?

Between your relentless self sacrifice in the form of dealing with enormous opposition to your ideas, working incredibly hard, dealing with the sneering and the ostracism, and of course this horrible court case - between this and your continued good spirits throughout all of this for so long, I honestly think you have cemented yourself as one of the most morally outstanding and dignified (and hopefully revolutionary) men in the history of the field of medicine. So far your journey has been incredibly difficult, but my god, what a success story this will be if you can win the case, generate some income through the app and get the word out there en mass, and I have no doubt you have the strength to do all of it. It's very obvious that your intentions are oriented entirely towards the good and that you want the best for everyone, and it takes a person of real, rare honour to actually genuinely feel this. You got a assymetry in your face you may have chewed less from that side you should train your Jaw only on that side by chewing 3 4 gums and than mew you will see that side developing over time

Mike mew and his whole organization need to be imprisoned for all the harm they've caused. You may not feel an effect but eventually you will and it's not reversible. Stop doing his BS while you still can.
*************************** Why you should not mew, 1. It collapses ur upper dental arch ( gives an illusion of widened pallet) - you cannot grow bone that quick. 2. Pushes zygomatic arch sideways and cause jaw joint problems / TMD 3. Misaligns the teeth - pushes teeth outwrd along with the bones associated with it. 4. Actually narrows down the airway of the nostrils. 5. Cause facial fatigue, tightens toungue and cause speech problems. 6. Reduce lip competence 7. OVERALL makes ur face ugly. By the way tip of the toungue in the roof of the mouth is normal. Solution - push ur teeth inward with ur lips or get braces/invisalign. These influencers teach you stuff ( mewing, chewing, facial exersices...) that even they dont follow. If you want prominent cheek bones just lose weight. Nicely formed compact upper dental arch gives you a beautiful, healthy face.
