I was there Saturday and it was the best carnitas I’ve ever had.

Interesting they dont cook in copper.. All the carnitas on michoacan are normally cooked in copper.. Apparently doesnt need copper! 🤘

There's a spot on the other side of Fontana about 1lb burritos, if you want to know more message me. Everything is fresh and hand made tortillas they got 10 different kinds of meats and the good ones. This place is actually inside a liquor store. They have their kitchen hook up with stainless. I know the women their for 30 years.

Yup was there just last week. I had the red beef, a friend told me to add cheese, I shouldn’t have listened. The cheese took away from the flavor for me. The carnitas are also good there. And yes home made flour tortillas 🙌

born and raised in Michoacán and this carnitas are as good or better from Quiroga Michoacán! I’ve been to this location many times and flavor is so consistent 😋 and delicious

Good food but that’s not PHX style Mexican food. Ritos, El Noertenos, Comedor Guadalajara, Rositas Place on 22nd st are PHX style Mexican comida with Phx history. I’m a valley native, born and raised (51yrs old)
