My dad and I have not tried many Indian Mutton dishes so today we wanted to change that and try the BEST mutton dishes available in our town! We were recommended Mutton Vindaloo, Mutton Saag, and Mutton Masala! If you are hungry and you love Mutton dishes, this video will make you super hungry lol. @@BetoEats OmG yes please do! Also try Bengali fish dishes too! Well,the fish bones can be an issue there, but you can then go for maybe Bhetki Paturi, it's boneless and delicious!

Try the Saag Mutton with Parathas and Puris. Indian butchers don't cut the meat to be bite sized. The cut them into large pieces that the cook will cook to a tenderness level that you allows you to brake it apart into smaller pieces. Indian families tend to eat together sharing one thali (platter) to eat on. Everyone gets a large piece of meat that they can break down into a bite size to suit themselves as they eat. On the other hand, there is nothing that says you can't shove the whole big chunk into your mouth. Except bones. :D

@@BetoEats, glad to see you using your hands. :) You likely have noticed that the meat is tender enough for you to make it fall apart with just a gentle squeeze with a couple of fingers, or by smushing it against the plate with a bite sized piece of roti or paratha, or puri, or naan. No knife needed. Someone famously said once that the gods gave us all the cutlery we need in the form of our fingers.

The dishes look tasty, but I think you probably got the vindaloo wrong or they've misnamed it...vindaloo is not a creamy curry... and it's spicy. You're right... the gravy looks like butter chicken consistency. The saag mutton is yummm

A lamb is a young sheep but Mutton is typically an older sheep, although I believe in India they sometimes call goat mutton

Vindaloo is a Portuguese inspired dish from Goa and is usually made with pork, Variation in Kerala is Pork or Beef is generally quite spicy because of the use of dry red chillies....Never made with Mutton / Lamb , Chicken or Seafood which I seen only in US or Europe
