Yes! Just returned from Puerto Vallarta this week and missing the fantastic flavors already! Nothing beats Mexican flavors and aromas.

The reason why 🥭 didn't taste good in the USA or any country that import them is because 🥭's are cut green of the trees, and in Mexico they ripe on the trees.

You can get a better sunset view from Playa Carricitos, 30-45 minute hike from the main beach South/SW past playa Los Muertos. Worth the hike, goes through some jungle. There is always people on the road that way plus you will see signs throughout. Do bring a flash lights just in case night catches up to you though. Will be there last week of June, if I see you guys lets have a beer... or 10.

One thing I miss about eating in Mexico is a fresh mamey. I've tried them here in the US, but I haven't had any luck. They are either too hard or squishy plus expensive. Thanks for sharing.

Are you happier in Sayulita then PV ? I love both places but prefer Sayulita. I was going to move there but now I’ve settled on Ajijic in the Lake Chapala area( better weather)

The best coffee in Mexico is " La Flor de la Cordoba" at the end of the Malecon in Puerto Vallarta, also another about a block away , I believe it is called " Cafe del Mundo" . Maybe You Guys should open a Coffee Shop in the same area, would probably be a hit!

When I lived in a little town In Michoacan we lived by a mango orchard. My friends and I would sneak through the hole in the fence and steal the mangos. I was 4 and the mangos looked like watermelons.

I am in Fort Worth at the moment, but your video inspired me! Not in Mexico, not in a cup and also not on the beach, but ummm. Gonna taste good Champs Mega, Tajin, Mango and a little pineapple…. In a bowl on the couch watching ur video

Fruits in Mexico are left on the tree longer to get fuller of sugar. For years my family would make weekly trips across the border to get ripe tomatoes, pineapples, and avocados (the avocados had to be sliced in half to take the seed out and a small lime was put inside to replace the seed...the fruit stands would do this for you so you could cross customs). America had already gotten into picking fruits green and then artificially ripening the fruit at the end of the trip. That takes away the natural sweetening of the fruit. Mexico likes to leave fruit on the tree until the last minute and then rush it to market. We would then stop off at a bakery to buy a shopping bag full of sweet bread and another shopping bag full of "bolillos". Bolillos are like mini french bread. Great for making hoagie sandwiches with sliced ham, avocado and some asadero cheese. The only part of the trips I didn't like were the weekly haircuts. Don't get me wrong, the barbers in Mexico were great at their job, but I was trying to grow my hair like the Beatles.

That “ski slope” hill is typical of the streets in our town of Tepoztlán, Morelos. It’s quite a climb from the zócalo in the centre of town to our house, about 200 metres difference in elevation. I call walking home my retirement fitness plan. 😊 Not on the beach, but our mangoes are very tasty, too. And, of course, we have Tepoznieves. Tepoztlán is where that ice cream was born. Siempre tendrán su casa en Tepoz si algún día quieren visitar.
