Great to see older machinery still being used....you had everything running to optimum from what I could see. Picking the swath up from the outside of the pick-up so it has more time to even out before it's fed into the chamber is the sign of a very experienced operator! ( I still run a IH440 behind a MF135...near Gisborne) Thanks for the video.
Funny you should mention that your dad has a MF390 2WD. I now have the same tractor. Brilliant machine too. The mower conditioner I bought last season make a great combination and the baler is a perfect match too. See my other videos and find the one called BT Contracting. Cheers
were ya based taylor tribe, my old man still runs a NH286 in gisborne, up till this year he ran it on two restored 165's, 8spd and a 12spd one, the later with the 212 motor was a great match for the baller, ...now he has a 390 2wd, great old balers, you can still get a respectable 600 bales a hour out of them in good going behind a 165,
