The MFIT principles is a foundation to sets guidelines that help us create a work out routine. Honestly speaking, I didn't work out or exercise at home because I'm not fat enough to lose weight and I also thought that I'm already thin enough to exercise, maybe I'll lose even more weight, but then when I watched this video I realized that not only fat people can exercise but all of us need it because working out is one of the important things that we need to do because it will help us to always be strong and physically fit. It is a way to improve our physical fitness, it improves our muscle strength and boost our endurance, improves our cardiovascular endurance and or it helps our cardiovascular system work more efficiently.

After watching the video of the MFIT principle in sports, it enlightens me on what Mfit really means. I learned how important it is to balance our different aspects of exercise in our daily life. It also sharpens my mind to make my own experience on how i train my body in a way that is both safe and effective. I also realize that Mfit may help us to build a new perspective on how I approach physical training not only physical but also mentally. Now I see how to value balance, moderation, and planning it by applying these principles to my own routine, I believe I will be able to make steady progress without putting myself at risk and make my body achieve a good and healthier lifestyle.

I realized that I do consider MFIT, some exercise training principles of the exercise program but I do not apply it in general, I have only few knowledge regarding on these principles so I cannot execute them properly. I just found out that doing practices in considering the elements of these principles will help to measures my heart rate's beat per minute which is beneficial. Being aware with the proper application of mode, frequency, intensity and time in exercising can guide my training prescription into success. Through the proper application of MFIT principles in doing exercises, I learned how to consider them in workouts because it provides the basis of identifying the amount of physical activity necessary for developing and maintaining good health, wellness and fitness.

Its like a guide that its important to do a varieties of exercise, not just the same exercise all the time. Good morning, sir! My reflection on this video presentation has helped me a lot by understanding the MFIT. When we say mode, it is by choosing different types of exercise like aerobic exercise (with oxygen) or anaerobic exercise (without oxygen). Next one FREQUENCY This refers to how often you exercise. The point is to meet your goals without overtraining the body. Moreover, when we say intensity, this refers to how difficult an exercise is. After watching this video, I learned a lot about exercising. In the beginning I learned how Aerobic and anaerobic can help our health, and I learned about the benefits of this that could help us to increase our heart rate and breathing. Both of them are important to our health because they challenge our self in different ways. Moreover, there are lots of benefits in aerobic exercise just like reduce our health risk and strengthen our heart, etc. In anaerobic exercise it's strengthen our bones , burn fat, and boost our mucscle development. Additionally, in stretching it enahce our flexibility and elasticity.

After watching this video. I learned about how to improve our cardiovascular endurance by exercising. And if you do Aerobic exercises your heart, lungs, and circulatory system will stay healthy. Doing aerobic exercise will boost your mood, you can strengthen your heart especially you can live longer.While Anaerobic exercises will strengthen bones, burn fat, boost muscle development etc. But both aerobic and anaerobic are important for our overall health because they challenge our body in different ways.

Way back in high school, I'm not really into exercising. When I exercise, I don't consider the MFIT Principles (MODE, FREQUENCY, INTENSITY and TIME). But now that we've already tackled about MFIT. I am proud to say that I'm now fully awared about the disadvantages of my incorrect practices before. I've realize that when we say exercise, we are not only talking about running, walking, jogging and so on and so forth. When we talk about exercise, there should be a proper cycle, pattern and ways on how to do it. Example, you should think about the modes of your exercises. Do you want to develop your cardio? Then go for aerobic. We should consider also the frequency (how often we do it), the intensity (how difficult your exercises) and the time (how long you should do it). If your consider the MFIT Principles and you do it properly, surely, you'll have an healthy body and lifestyle. Consider the MFIT Principles so that we can live longer.♥️

What I have learned in the MFIT principle, so nowadays we have this sedentary behavior that can lead to weakening muscles. So it's important for us to exercise, but as I watch our lesson I learned that there are many things to consider before starting to exercise. One important thing is we need to consider the frequency and the intensity so that we can't get fracture or injury, also I learned the difference between aerobic and anaerobic, the difference between stretching and warm-up. When I was in my senior high school years, I started working out, I focused mainly on aerobic exercises like running and cycling, thinking that as long as I was sweating, I was doing enough. While my stamina improved, I realized something was missing-strength. I started lifting weights, and it felt empowering to see my muscles grow stronger, but after a while, my routine felt repetitive, and I stopped seeing progress. That’s when I decided to mix things up with plyometrics-jump squats, box jumps, and other movements. At first, they were tough, and I overdid it, pushing my body too fast and ending up with muscle pains. This forced me to slow down things more light. I learned that increasing intensity gradually was the way to go, allowing my body to adapt without risking injury. I also realized that balancing frequency and intensity was key. When I lifted heavier, I had to work out less often to recover properly. It wasn’t about how long I worked out or how many days I hit the gym, but how I going to continue my fitness journey. Short, high-intensity workouts started giving me the results I wanted without feeling burned out. With a mix of aerobic, anaerobic, and plyometric exercises, I found a rhythm that worked for me. The MFIT principles helped me listen to my body, avoid overtraining, and stay motivated.

My Reflection MFIT principle is a new principle in sports where M stands for mode or the type of exercise you choose according to your goal. F stands for frequency or how often you exercise, I stands for intensity and T stands for time or type. This principle made me realized that in order to achieve your goals to your body, you need to choose which part of your body you want to improve, identify your goal and do all the exercises that can help you achieve it. Intensity refers to how difficult the activity and Time refers to how long you are doing the activity. What I've learned in this video is about MFIT principle. MFIT which stands for Mode or type of exercise, frequency, and time where it's also called as FITT or frequency, intensity, time, and type. In mode it refers to the type of exercise you choose according to your goal. There are different types or modes of exercise Stretching- the main purpose is to practice and ti develop • Aerobic Exercise involves breathing or it means with oxygen • Anaerobic Exercise means without oxygen but we still using oxygen These two different types or modes of exercise can help for our over all health. Also both have a lot of benefits to us. Stretching- the main purpose is to practice or develop flexibility and elasticity to a person. Stretching and warm up is different stretching when you stretch some of your body parts while warm up is the one you do first before you exercise. The duration of intensity is (30-60 mins) while vigorous is (1 mins or more). Further more all the exercises mentioned on this video like aerobic, anaerobic, stretching, warm up exercises can help a lot to our body. It improves our body, It burn fats, It strengthen our muscles, It reduces risk and these exercises also help our body become strong.
