The Sharp VTi-Tech MT of MG Astor is priced at Rs 1428000. It has a Petrol engine with a maximum power of 110 PS @ 6000 rpm and peak torque of 144 Nm @ 4400 rpm. The MG Astor Sharp VTi-Tech MT comes with a certified economy of 11.5 Kmpl as per ARAI. This competes with cars such as Volkswagen Taigun, KIA Seltos and Creta.

I agree with you ... I went to Kia dealer in South Delhi and they were not very attentive. So I walked out and went to MG and they were really helpful

this is so true i own a mg astor 1.5 cvt ; i waited for atleast 30 mins at kia dealership in west delhi before any sales executive was appointed ; the sales person was very rude and uninterested also at hyundai the waiting times is huge at least 6-7 months ; sales person are not interested mg sales person were super nice and very helpful ;

Why dont you guyes also focus on milage. No youtuber is focussing on this. Gadi kitna milage degi. If it is more fuel consumable then feature make do difference. At the end fuel is price high.

Had they given flat bonnet, it would have looked more lengthier. But in that case, it would have looked like creta and seltos. Instead of tyre size 215/55/17, they could have given 215/60/17, this would have looked more massive. I do not whether that would have reduced the average of suv or not. I own this suv and everybody appreciate it. They could have done something good for dust. I request everyone to keep your suv free from dust. Use wet towel to remove the dust. Clean the mat everyday. When ac is on, it sucks the dust inside as air fan also working at the same time. As for average, I do not think it is giving average more than 9 to 10 kms.

Both have pros and cons Where Astor has lux cabin and advanced features & most important safety in terms of build quality In Creta you get a powerful Diesel and Petrol Engine

CVT has normal drive mode and sport mode. By pushing gear leaver to right, you can switch to sport mode. Dial for driving mode is not there like Nexon has and it is not even required.

Rear seat is low in height and glass area of rear window is on good height due to this you can not see out side view properly and feels clostrophobic is the con I noticed. Another con is colour choice is limited for white and gray only for the most value for money varient style which is base varient.

MG Astor showroom does not have enquiry. At the same time they are not interested in selling lower variants. Biggest Con is the Efficiency of the Engine when compared to competition. Why buy a Chinese SIAC car under the umbrella of Morris Garage. You just cannot trust the Chinese Blindly ?

I sold my Astor CVT Savy Red after using for a month driven for 3400kms with 3 lakhs loss. Further i request don't go for mg astor CVT. ADAS features not at all usable for indian road conditions.You will definitely regret if you take mg astor. Mileage was very poor. City 8 to 10 , highway 13 to 14 kms. Don't expect mileage more than that.
