Jp, mali ulit. As a medical practitioner here sa US, I need to tell you na you do not need to run, mapapagod ka. Brisk walking is best. Walking. Mapapagod ka talaga nyan. Count your steps sa Apple watch mo. Start with a goal na 5,000 per day. Tapos taasan mo to 7,000 then 10,000. That is a healthy way to stabilize your cholesterol and your heart. Wag ka tatakbo. Your heart and your breathing will be labored. Even biking isn't recommended for the heart. This is coming from my cardio doctor here sa US. Just do the walking, watch what you eat. Get some sun in the morning because Vitamin D is best.

Agree. Brisk walking and slowly build up your steps every day. The running will only strain your heart. Avoid all the fatty foods. As we age, these are factors that will heighten our health conditions. I am very happy you are doing the necessary to feel better and healthier. If we do not control what we eat, let alone no exercise or ways to burn off the foods we eat, we pay the price as we get older. Live healthy & exercise. To get your family involved, save one day in the weekend or schedule permitting where you all partake in physical activities. This way, the kids grow up with the knowledge of how health is wealth. Good Noon Sir JP. Tungkol sa problema nyo sa paglalakad at pag-jogging para bumaba ang cholesterol at visceral fat nyo. Para hindi madagdagan ang problema at lumala naman yung sakit nyo sa paa, suggestion ko lang po - bili na lang po kayo ng stationary bike para kahit nasa loob ng bahay, kahit anong oras at anong panahon pa eh nakaka-pag-exercise kayo. Mabisang pang-exercise po yung stationary bike.
@@jpinoyvlogs Sir JP, meron pong stationary bike na portable. Maliit lang po siya at kasya sa ilalim ng mesa. Yan po ang ginagamit ko at umuupo lamang po ako sa bangko para magpadyak. I am aware po sa limited space ninyo ngayon. Puede nyo pong i-google search portable stationary bike at sigurado po akong meron diyan sa Japan dahil meron po dito sa Pinas. 2 A4 battery lang needed para paandarin at makapadyak. Sobrang liit po ng condo unit na tinitirhan ko kaya yan pong portable ang sakto dito.
Kuya JP, for exercise, ride bicycle instead. It's easier for your feet (plantar) and knees than running/jogging. If you can bicycle for 45 minutes/ 3-4 days per week, you will notice a difference in your health.

Nope, don't blame on the cholesterol but rather the carbohydrate intake. The rice, sushi, desserts, sugar, fruits that you eat, use of seed oil, canola oil and other hydrogenated oil that u use for frying on a daily basis are the culprit. Limit net carb intake to at least 40 gms per day. No need to exercise to death, brisk walking x30 mins per day is sufficient.😂
