Fantastic video Steve, great to see the roads being improved. Love the end of the video showing the lovely beach, the views were amazing, have been there many times, the steps back up were a bit challenging, but really good exercise. Thanks again Steve.

Another great road runner, we enjoyed the drive, I was a little surprised them doing that road as I thought it wasn't to bad, oh well be nice to have it all resurfaced when finished ha ha. Good one Steve. 🇲🇹
I was thinking the same ..Must have got some extra cash , But I had a comments saying they had some trouble coving a corvert, Not sure , But the roads seemed ok before I noticed they took away the cycle lane ,

Had some great holidays at Golden Bay many moons ago,Steve. Wouldn't be able to cope with the steps at Ghajn Tuffieha these days with my knees, oh the joys of being mature....not 😅 This video brought back some many happy memories, thank you.
Love the video drove this road many times first time 1988 still tarmacing then😂. This road runner brings back so many happy memories of good times in Malta taking my father in law to see the roman baths only to be told there is bugger all here. 🙄 Thanks Steve stay safe 👍
Hi Steve, gee I noticed a lot of the red mini vans/bus on the road !! I am old enough to remember the bread van, fish van, pots and pan van, Kerosene van and even a man that used to come around from time to time selling Manchester (sheets and stuff) I still remember you could buy fresh milk straight from the goat. Wow Charlie, Still great memories for a old one 🤣🤣🤣👍 The red mini bus are school buses it was that dredged time , not sure why they redid this road it was in good condition, maybe they had some spare from Europe 🤣🤣
We park in that car park waiting for the time to collect our grandson from a school in Mgarr. We sit and admire the view eating an ice cream. I guess that road will be top notch when it's finished. Thanks for sharing xx
Great Steve, loved it. Have eaten Fenek at Mgarr more than once, you mentioned it in the video. They serve up the fried version there, very nice, but I prefer it done the traditional way when its in a sauce, delicious. My late Father in Law used to cook it as a stew with a clear gravy, have never been able to come across it again. If on your travels in Malta you come across it cooked that way you'll have to let me know. Thanks Steve.
In the 1st 2 min, you said that nothing has been done on this road....... well, if you didn't notice, the rubble wall on the left, plus the kurbs on both sides where reduced in width ( which created a bit of a problem because there's an underground culvert along the whole strech to Mgarr )
Yes the regulations have been ramped up significantly. Regulations imposed because of the mindless morons flying drones recklessly. Another year and there will be NO drones operated without costly certification and red tape that will make it a minefield. Selling all my drones now.
