Just ordered and paid $451.00 for mine with 7 shoes so far, yes very expensive but had to do it after using my current P500 Pro which it is not least expensive also coming at $300.00 I damaged the sight ramp corner on the slide of my new Walther PDP Pro, took a tiny chunk of material enough to be bothersome as the pusher failed and by the time I realized I had pushed far enough, no idea if I will be able to repair/ blue it again, not sure if it was the sights being way too tight what caused the failure or the pusher but even checking i should have stopped the minute i felt that resistance, seems the slide may have moved slightly which is why I went and got this system; one firearm slide damaged is one too many and I was so happy with the PDP but the plastic sights that comes with it are garbage, same at the recoil rods, no idea why some gun manufacturers kill their otherwise outstanding products with cheap crap on them. So lesson learned, what is that say goes like? Buy once, cry once, in my case I cried twice, once when damaging the slide and when I bought the MGW, i have not removed the sight off it yet so hopefully would not have to cry a third time!
I hear ya, my Sigs are the same way. I put a drop of oil in there. The MGW is the best tool out there for sight removal, I think that with the MGW and the right base for the slide you should be fine, BTW, a drop of fine oil really does help!
@@ExtremeDIYGuy It did come out, but it took cranking down on it very hard and tapping against the pusher with the biggest brass punch I could find with a nylon hammer and when it broke free, the loud crack sound made me think I did break the factory sight. One of the worst ones I've removed so far.
