sir i always eagerly wait for your video......you made path very simple with not compromising with facts and information....kind of complete information....(i know becoz of this only u take time to produce video....) u believe in quality not quantity....
Hello Dr rabiul I am medical student from Sudan Thank you for helpful lectures ....l hope you go a head and upload pathology lectures to us Please try to upload lectures about WBCs disorder if possible All thanks
Sir, Human cell has 46 chromosomes. How these are numbered? The 6 chromosome means the 6th pair or Just 6th number starting from 1 to 46? Make a Video on Karyotyping please and how these Chromosomes are numbered as chromosome 5 or Chromosome 6
Thank you for your question. During karyotyping the chromosomes are isolated, stained and examined under microscope. Most often, it is done using the chromosomes in the WBCs. A picture of the chromosomes is taken using the microscope. Then, the picture of the chromosomes is cut up and rearranged according to the chromosome’s size. The chromosomes are lined up from largest to smallest. The largest pair is chromosome 1, second largest pair is called chromosome 2 and so on. Note that sex chromosomes are not named in this way. They are named X and Y. Take care and stay blessed. I do have plans on making genetics videos in the future. :)
Thank you for your question. Yes, human somatic cell has 23 pairs of chromosomes. Among them 22 pairs are called autosomes and one pair is sex chromosome. Autosomes are named 1-22, sex chromosomes are named X,Y.
