500+ HBG hunts later, I realized that special scope should zoom to 0.0x to deal optimal dmg for spread (in most cases). Previously, I struggled to hit sub 10 with 0.5x scope, while not dealing dmg optimally lol. Might look to improve my personal best with heroics.

It's cuz the scope actually gives more dmg

its unfortunate how much dmg it raises. i think its like extra 70dmg per ammo. its too powerful to ignore. if u r on pc, nexus mod has "remove special scope " and "special scope normal pov". those will put the special zoom back to normal zoom.
