@@SofaandChillgreat, love your reactions. I rarely ever comment to anyone lol. My advice is to just enjoy the show. Don't pay no mind to other people's opinions of the show. Form your own opinion and set your own expectations. To many haters always complaining but are watching every Game of Thrones reactions channels lol. "I hate this show so much how it ended, but I will watch it everyday" bunch of clowns. Keep up the good work. This show at its worst still tops 99% of shows at its best.

For me personally season 6 was peak Game of Thrones. Seasons 7 and 8 were problematic. The last half of season 4 is absolutely amazing though. Some of the best acting in the entire show.

Like you, ep 3x9 effected me like no other movie or tv show has even done. (And I’m in my seventies). Then I read the book 3 of ASOIF. The Red Wedding is much more devastating in the book. Didn’t think it was possible.

It took two weeks for me to get over The Red Wedding in the books. When I first read it I had to go back and read it again. I just couldn’t believe what I’d just read was real. 😂 I was so scarred it took me till last year to watch GOT because until then I couldn’t face seeing it on screen. 🙄

Glad you're back! Man, when they cut to Sansa walking with Tyrion, it broke my heart. It was the first time we saw her somewhat happy and light-hearted in 2 seasons, and we know her world is about to come crashing down AGAIN.

I’m loooving your reactions, Sir. Your instincts are spot on and genuine. I think all of us who stick with the show are, as you say, old school romantics. Looking for that little light, that glimmer of good, that we know is there but they give so sparingly. As a book reader, I was prepared for the Red Wedding of course…but let me tell you, it was even bigger, better and more heart wrenching in the show. This show….wow. Class A writing and acting. Across the board. (All your foreshadowing comments, I go…”oh, just you wait!” Let’s just say, you won’t be disappointed. Great job. Keep going. I’m a fan.

Mad fact. The actor who plays Tywin, Charles Dance. His father, Walter, was born in 1874 and Charles was born in 1946. His youngest daughter Rose was born in 2012. She was born 138 years after her grandfather. Walter was 72 when Charles was born and Charles was 66 when Rose was born.

Being able to binge the series, I understand needed a few days between sometimes. As it was releasing, we were forced to wait a week or a year depending on end of episode or seasons and it SUCKED. But it DID give us time to ingest everything and accept it and be excited for the next bit instead of just driving through non stop. I have binged it 3 times since my first watch as it released, and idk how many times through reaction channels now, but I will simply never get tired of this show. It never ages for me, and every single time I watch it again I find something else I missed before somehow. Love your channel and beyond glad you're going through this show and loving it as much as you are. I've commented before on your ability to pick up on details and minute parts of the story and that's huge in this show and it makes you one of the best reactors to it I've seen. Love that ya persevered after watching Jon Snow's end of watch. This show essentially created the reaction channel schtick. Not alone, but it definitely helped it skyrocket it to what it is now. The red wedding reactions are some of my favorites to binge.

Watching GoT can sometimes (often? usually?) feel like you're drowning. Occasionally, however, you're allowed to get back to the surface for a breath of air before you're dragged back down to the depths. Respect for persevering. Cheers, Kev! Also... Everyone needed a few days off after the Red Wedding. We had to go to work Monday morning and there was a collective WTF by everyone who watched. I didn’t read the books so I was shocked too. You are no longer a sweet summer child, wear your badge proudly. 😁

It is a great show and I'm glad you're back 😊 I find it hard to watch Rooce Boltan because he played an inner city Dublin scanger called Rats with a thick Dublin accent in an Irish TV mocumentary called Paths to Freedom. So I'll never get use to him with a posh English accent 😂😂

I'm proud of you for taking a break when you needed to. That you checked out other reactions is exactly the best thing (imo) to help get past the intensity of The Red Wedding. The big moments in S3 are among the events in the 3rd book, and with some of the 3rd book to come, there are some big things to come - once those initial arcs are done, the show-runners encounter the issue of not being *able* to stay with the remaining 2 books. The teeny changes made in the opening episodes, now mean they *can't* include important story beats - so things begin to be combined and conflated - not always in ways that entirely make sense. I know you've said you intend to read the books, and jeez man, I really hope you do. Imagine a trip from Newcastle to London... The showrunners have taken the A1, George RR Martin is headed that way via Dublin, Amsterdam, and Ibiza - the journey *is not the same*

Totally understand watching reactions...honestly part of why I got into watching GoT reactions was to mollify the trauma! Oddly it really does help. Just know that the payoffs in the future are SO much more satisfying because of the pain. People say revenge is best served cold, but really it's best served when it's earned. And revenge has so very been earned.

Believe when I say WE GET IT when you need a break. That episode was a catch your breath, horrific, heart-stopping moment. Many stopped watching after that, but im glad you took a mental health break before heading into the rest. I know you're way ahead on patreon, so you've probably experienced more GoT brutality already. Its healthy to take breaks from the cruelty. Adore you to pieces ❤ its so worth the ride.

Also…Jack Gleeson, the actor who so amazingly plays that hateful sh*t Joffrey, also has PTSD from playing this role. Or so he said in one interview I saw. Poor young man…he’s not really Joffrey. He’s a college student (or was) and a damn good actor.

If you like reactions to GoT you should watch Bust Reacts. They have the whole series and their reactions are so funny that they sort of make this traumatic show light hearted. They’re genuine and very silly. It’s such a fun balance.

It was a tad bit gutting listening to yer opener, how 3x9 hit ya especially with all the time you spend editing and all... so I was glad ya had the opportunity (to say the least) to go see other recorded reactions. It doesn't make it any less sh*tty but it's good to know yer not alone when you see others just lose it. There are a few grouped-together vids as well if you wanna see more, just look up "game of thrones 3 x 9 reaction mashup" -can't wait for season 4

I've seen a lot of reactors react to this show, many of them were the original reactors. Those that reacted to the episodes as they first aired. I would strongly suggest to refrain from watching other reactors to GOT episodes, for the ones you already watched. Because you will stumble upon episode captures of upcoming GOT episodes that have reveals from those reactors. From all the reactors, who haven't read the books, you're the first to say that Geofrey is going to die soon at this point of the show. You're a regular Nostradamus.

We had huge gaps between seasons, plenty of time to think and talk, come to terms with things and speculate. You don’t have as much of that when you rapid fire them out. Take your time, mate. Plenty of story left. Rob was one of my favorites, the best parts of his father with the stubborn nature of his mother. But good people don’t exist in Westeros. There can only be shades of grey and the monsters who dwell beyond like Ramsey and Cerci.

Red Wedding isn't the worst you've seen yet, you will feel urges to throw the remote and smash it against the wall behind you, don't do it, but having an axiety sqwuish relaxing ball will help as well as a fancy male non disposable napkin, Ge ntlemen use to have one always at hand, the excuse was women tears, but Red Wedding is a good lesson of why men really should have one at hand. And please stop allosing the use of the term "ugly crying" the only ugly ones ar those so coldhearted doesn't get why sometimes is good to sob and tear rivers by the eyes who cares who's uncomfortable with that, take it from the guy who had to carry his boyfriends cuffin on his shouldeers to be cremated. You're a Brave Man. Only Spoiler. Season 6 finale will worth ll the hard traiining you're eyes ar facing ahead. Cheers... you can do this.

The author George R R Martin only helped direct the first 4 seasons. After that he said the writers took off on their own and stopped asking him for help. Which is probably why everyone likes the first 4 seasons and not the rest
