I've been saying this since before the 2023 season. I'm not that enamored with his play because I see the holes. And his game is not enough to cover for the fact he's a narcissistic diva that only cares about himself, his numbers and his personal success

Micah aka Mr. September is a drama queen. Quinn coddled him and Zim wont do that. Guaranteed he and Zimmerman are going to butt heads. Michah said he and Zim are going to find a compromise in the way he likes to do things and the way Zim likes it done. Recipe for disaster. Trade him and get a couple of extra first rounders.
I'm gonna make a bold prediction about Parsons. Because of this team's current culture and the way Micah prioritizes the wrong things and buys into that culture, I believe that he has PEAKED as a player. Now, that doesn't mean he's physically peaked or that his talent has peaked. I mean MENTALLY and EMOTIONALLY. And therefore, I believe that we've already seen his best playing days. I believe that from now forward you'll see him get less and less productive on the field and his stats will continue to go down. He will go down in history as one of the most talented defensive players who utterly wasted and utterly cut short his career.
Sometimes we tend to forget that these players are human and deserve to enjoy life away from the team and facility. There are several players that don’t go to voluntary camps.
None of them rate what their disposition and attitude brings . This guy Parsons obviously wants out of Dallas, it's embarrassing to be a 48 year Cowboy Fan, this organization needs new ownership BAD.
I honestly don't get why the fans and the media expect the best players to ALSO be the best leaders. And Parsons didn't do anything to help himself either by saying he wants to be one. It's not easy to be an excellent player on the field, let alone being an excellent player that is also a leader. When this happens the result is a guy like Tom Brady. I'm not a Cowboys fan but I would be okay with Parsons being just Parsons, a game wrecker in his own right, let someone else lead if he can't. I feel like these guys are just saying what the media and the fans wants to hear. You can't "decide" you're a leader, you either are or you aren't. Parsons should be honest and tell everybody what they should expect of him. There's nothing wrong with not being the combination of every great trait a person can have at the same time.
