MAB is like a chill fun uncle that also just coincidentally happens to be a guitar shred legend. Treats you like family and can be kinda goofy, but that only makes you love him more!
Met MAB a few years back. He put on an amazing show and then did a meet and greet. He spent time with each person that wanted to meet him. He signed autographs and took pics. Just an absolute down to earth dude!
So pissed I missed this and live in Nashville. The Obi Wan Jedi master of guitar kicks major league ass and obviously such a generous teacher and person extraordinaire!! Amazing.
Ha ha The only thing better than his guitar playing is the man himself an absolute gentleman and he is so generous passing on his skill and knowledge to anyone who will listen and at no cost to the listener except for a chance to soak up a lifetimes skill and knowledge on guitar playing
I watched a lots of videos about Mab guitar videos and im so shocked and impressed the way he played guitar..Super speed,cool,crazy and I loved the way he shred,riff and play the guitar.For me the sounds the time that he play is just like a sound of freedom of life.Just like a life of a wild lion.Freedom of Flying Eagle and mind blowing music..You are awesome and very fantastic guitar performer for me.

Every Interview, and video I've seen on MAB, he always seems to be a humble, and down-to-earth, Kind of guy, And when you're known as one of the fastest guitar players on the planet, A true master of his instrument, Some Can easily Become conceited, arrogant, Stuffy, And just simply not approachable, That doesn't seem to be in his DNA, Enjoy your videos MAB, keep it up,👍✌

That song he was playing from 12:00 to 14:00. That was The Final Countdown by Europe and it was amazing. I can't tell whose name he said but that was an amazing tribute. "For Marcel", maybe? He was Europe's bass player that died.

Paul Boomer Lol yeah he’s like lightning. Lol I’ll tell ya we off the stage with him in the master class. We each played for MAB & he observed our playing & gave advice when needed. It was great!!
I'm not normally a big fan of shred playing but I sat here open-mouthed for the entire video, this man is unbelievably talented. Edit: do you know what make of guitars and amps he's using here? And many thanks for posting this.
d2vmusic His show was killer & his stand up comedy & storytelling was hilarious! He quit using Dean guitars. He now uses Sawtooth guitars & amps. He has a lot of praise for the Sawtooth instruments. Actually they don’t look silly at all. They look friggin bad ass when he shredding on two necks with two different hands. You should see him when he’s got the four guitars made into one! Don’t know anybody else in the world that can do what he does. 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤩

@@blkjakk no no no, I love the double necks, I also love his quad neck and it’s such a shame it was stolen back then, he should’ve made another. What I mean is all these classic style Strats and Teles and all that with this brand he’s pushing. It doesn’t fit him what so ever.
I love Micheal’s Dean guitars, and he was the PERFECT fit for Dean. I wish they had worked it out, but obviously Micheal wasn’t happy with that situation anymore so he went on to something new, and more power to him. It’s just weird to me that MAB would go to some no-name Budget/Beginner guitar brand, and it’s even more weird that they/he isn’t coming with something more contemporary...
And the blues thing was more of a joke, as in its very common for these super shredders to start writing blues music as they get older. Micheal is an expert in ANY genre as far as I’m concerned.
When we went to his masterclass & concert & I filmed this video on February 8, 2020, Michael stressed that he IS NOT with Dean guitars anymore. In the masterclass he also explained exactly WHY he left Dean guitars. It made perfect sense. I know that he has worked with Sawtooth instruments for at least a year & he has nothing but praise for the company. His rig also sounded phenomenal.

I have a Dean that plays great, but guitar center, and even Sam Ash NYC don't really stock Dean anymore. i would have bought another one but they only stock the Mustaine V and MAB if your lucky. I want to play the thing before i buy it! They have plenty of Ibanez with tall fret wire 24 frets and hot pick ups .
While keyboard critics and amateurs who've proved nothing in the world of rock music and contributed nothing to the development of rock guitar dis MAB, pros like Steve still acknowledge MAB as a freak😂😂
Peo 4 get in the original version of Nitro-TNT MAB actually had 4 guitars in one setup n did one or two shows b4 some assholes stole the other 2 guitars. TRUE STORY> Look at the old Nitro official home videos as proof. Wonder who owns that shit?
SAWDUST Everything about this guy kicks ass. His guitars were beautiful and he’s happy to be working with Sawtooth musical instruments. Dean guitars got fired. He has a signature look, deal with it.
He is using an extremely dry sound, which makes everybody sound more sloppy. Yngwie sounds sloppy as hell on his electro acoustic. Not that age hasn't affected him. But he chose to not drown out his sound in delay and gain.
