I picture Lauren and Matt falling into a tempestuous affair, based on their love of Trump and distain for common decency. Why are you quiet quitting? Pretty sure there are people eager for your spot that wouldn't take so many unannounced and frequent breaks. Your segments help people cope with the ridiculousness of our reality and I get that's a lot for a person to carry, but lets get real about your salary, how many hours you actually work in a week and how comparatively little everyone on staff makes. The writers carry the actual burden of current events. You have people on said staff that could guest host or find an alternate like Carson or Letterman used to do. Nope, just sloppy skipping a week of work with no notice. SMH
