Michael and Paul recorded three songs together: "The Girl is mine" (Thriller album, 1982), "The Man" (Pipe of peace album, 1983) and "Say Say Say" (Pipe of peace album).

Michael did a cover of the Paul McCartney and Wings song 'Girlfriend' on his Off the Wall album. Paul apparently wrote the song with Michael's voice in mind. They also had another duet on Michael's album Thriller "The Girl is Mine". They seemed to be good friends up until Michael bought the Beatles catalog, which ironically he got the idea of obtaining catalogues from Paul. Also the woman with Michael in the end is his sister Latoya lol

I don't know the reasoning for the video, but the concept that they're a squad of con artists/hustler (Paul and Michael leads it, along with Paul's wife and the body builder, making the team complete) going from town to town getting money. From their fake "wonder potion", pool hustling, their two man act show, and making a quick getting away when the sheriff and deputies show up, and on to the next town to hustle they go... Funny Fact: The woman that Michael is checking out and smitten by in the video is actually played by his older sister Latoya Jackson. She was also in the The Way You Make Me Feel video as one of the main girl's homegirls (the one in the short black dress)... Also the instrument that you were trying to identify was a harmonica I believe...

Paul and Michael are among the best lyricists and melodists. Definitely check out their other song off the Thriller album, “The Girl is Mine”! Also the Beatles have a very versatile and outstanding discography. Paul has definitely written some of the more pop-like songs as a Beatle.

Regarding Latoya, I think back to that unauthorized interview he did with her pre Thriller, wasnt it? Paul and Michael have quite a history together, this was the good times before they fought over the rights of The Beatles song catalogue which Michael ended up buying and that pretty much put an end to that friendship, but i'm glad to say i think they had a chance to reconcile before Michael's passing. The video also features Paul's late wife Linda who died of breast cancer in 1998, she was also a photographer and part of his band "Wings", this is an 80's classic for many reasons. Paul also has a duet with Stevie Wonder "Ebony and Ivory" you definitely need to check that one out :)
