What I love about Michael Jai White is that he is confident in what he can do but humble enough to know where he’s beat. He’s right. Floyd’s a technical master at boxing and will definitely just box circles around MJW, but in a real fight where the gloves are off, kicking and tackling a norm and the ground is pavement; MJW would murder Floyd. People don’t realize that in real fights, it’s not about who is faster, stronger or better; It’s who’s smarter. MJW is a complete martial artist, he’d know to tackle Floyd instead of striking. He’d know to kick instead of throwing hands. Even if Floyd is faster, all it takes for MJW to win is a clinch and a throw. It’s possible Floyd could knock MJW with a punch, but MJW would not risk to throw hands. He’d tackle Floyd down or break him down with leg kicks. MJW is a legitimate martial artist, winning tournaments against many people. Just because we see him more in movies doesn’t mean he can’t beat the shit out of people. What I’m sure about though, is that both of them could kick the majority of our dumbasses.

Has this guy ever had a single professional fight in MMA or boxing? I like Michael, but he's talking reckless for someone that "spars with people." I don't give a shit how many decades you've practiced and sparred, or how many black belts you have, none of that equates to being good enough to fight pro. If you've never done a camp to prepare for an upcoming pro fight, you have no idea what you're getting yourself into. Like Iron Mike says, "everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth." I think that once Michael saw the money earned in that wack exhibition Tyson/Jones put on, he's saying shit like this to try and get in on some of that money. Problem is, he'd hasn't earned the right to even be in the discussion for such a thing like those two legends have. Guy doesn't even have an amature MMA or boxing match under his belt. In fact, there is no footage whatsoever of him doing any actual real match fighting at all, not amature, nothing. Starting to sound like Steven Segal. I'm not saying Michael isn't a great fighter, but there's a difference between someone who talks about who they can beat without ever stepping into a pro ring and fighting their way to the top, and someone who goes out and fights other professional fighters.

I know him personally and this guy had everyone afraid of him at Central High. He came to school in a Karate gi and he was a pop locker. He is really a great and humble fighter and if he connected one time to floyd it would be over! Way to go Mike for not playing into the question and the hype. MJW i have to disagree here. There a reason as to why a tennis ball being whiped at you hurts, even though you are heavier. It wont stop the volume at which you're being hit at. And you can't build face strength. If he clocks you with speed and precision. That's it. You're letting this "heavy beats light" thing grt to your head a little too much. Fighters know how to use their full body weight when punching an opponent. If Floyd only weighed 120lbs but knew how to punch MJW with 120lbs of pressure in his chin especially repeatedly, MJW would have a broken jaw period. MJW should know this.

I boxed my entire life & never lost to a martial artist in a street fight. Also, I knocked out plenty of 230+lbs men when I was under 150lbs. Michael should know better than anyone that it only takes 3lbs of pressure to knock a human unconscious. Boxers will 10/10 times flush the KO punch 1st.

You'd get put to sleep eventually. There is only so much you can take larger man or not. He wouldn't be laughing his way through a boxing match with Floyd. Initially he might be, but as time goes on that laugh would fade away.

No 1, Jon Jones would have messed up MJW had he went full force. And no 2, its no fun getting punched by a world class welterweight like Floyd or Pacquaio, even when you are significantly bigger. When you have no advanced boxing skills, the punches will accumulate, and the worse your defense is, the more likely a knockout will happen.

When I was younger my boxing coach put us up against the BBJ class. Boxing is pretty much useless if your taken off your feet. The only me & 3 other guys in my class of 15 won our matches. We were the only ones who had a wrestling background to go with our boxing. They couldn't keep us on the ground long enough to set us up. So I can definitely see MJW point on fighting skill.
