Got the kit for Xmas. Super stoked. I’ve been nervous about trying to fix the blown corners results and the wax on the vintage cardboard. This was impressive. WOW.

The title makes it seem like MJ himself is fixing corners and edges for you.

I very much appreciate the work you do, just getting more into cards lately, but I do the exact same type of work for sneakers. I started with personal pairs, then moved to buying projects to fix up and keep/sell, now I take orders monthly from customers. There is a fine art to fixing things and restoring or creating value, it's the best feeling being able to present a finished product that turns out better than you received it.

Did you ever re-grade it? I'm very interested to know what it would re-grade as now.

I don't see why the corners make a difference it's the legendary or the card itself fuck the grading think about how many years has been here

So, the new style cards you use the same tools and techniques? I bought a card and it came with a bent corner. Its an auto randy moss.. so im scared to work on it myself honestly. Do card stores usually offer this service?

Nice video, but this video, is exactly why the grading companies make their money. Seems they know, collectors often use many methods to affect a card's condition, and they do spend the money to gear themselves up to detect changes in a card's composition. I found that out, when I cleaned an older card, and despite my methods, they used one of their card scanners to detect the changes made in the general appearance of the card. Though the card looked awesome, they graded my card down, just because they treated it like a vintage penny that I shined up, using Brasso or something, lol. ;)

wow that was crazy. Alot of those fleer's get the yellowing on the exposed edges. Is there any way to get that out? I have pages and pages of great cards but unfortunately they all or most have that discoloration on the backs.

Will this approach work on prizm card stock? I have a jokic psa9 that has one corner ding just like this one...

When should I use the McDonald’s moisture straw trick compared to this method? I plan on buying your full kit sometime this week

Why is the centering so harsh on Beckett? That would easy be a psa 10 right?

I bought the kurts kit but I dont have those plates. What can I use so it works as effective as the plates ?

You can do something about the centering! Just not on camera

Just got my box today. Super stoked yet anxious! Got some Jordans to work on, mainly SGC 6 86-87 Fleer Sticker I was to see if I can get regraded. Will watch all videos and work on some similar cards first to learn.

New to the channel. This is great stuff! When you resubmit for a grading when you’re done, is there an audit trail since it was graded once before?

I have a Ben Wallace Auto, which had some adhesive sucked into the card and it look liked it has a wet area now not a big area but is noticable, any idea on how to clear it?

You should do that with a card with better centering. Could have gotten a 9.

Your hands are MAGIC😮. Awsome fix. I have so many Jordan cards I neglected too. 🥲. But to have the time and patience. Maybe one day I will prepare my 80s - 90s cards.
