When he shot it.. he usually made it. Contested, off the dribble, fadeaway, 10fter, 20 fter. This guys jumper was the most consistent in NBA history. That's another reason why he is GOAT.
@chrisx2k6

Wade Wade... And, I would say, is the prettiest jumpshot I've seen too. Great elevation. And could hit from almost any angle. Great catch and shoot player also.

You see the greatness, no wasted energy..no let me see if I’m behind the 3 point line. For a bad shot..No fade away for no reason. No forced shots. Just reading the D and...just Hooping ..making it look easy. MJ the 🐐

Glen Rice was an extremely special player at this time, this was easily his finest season in the NBA, he really had a nightmare game in this one.
@The_ZeroLine
@The_ZeroLine 10 месяцев назад
Agreed, but this is what could happen you had a guy of MJ’s size and defensive skill playing a guy who depended on his perimeter game. If Rice had an inside game, he wouldn’t be able to be shut down this easily.

Even at this age, Jordan was a way better defender than Lebron ever was. It always cracks me up when people try to compare them defensively in particular (though offensively it should be just as obvious).
@chrisx2k6
@chrisx2k6 6 лет назад
The ONLY reason that people even think for one second that LeBron is a great defender is because of his chase down blocks. In the half court, he's very nonchalant. It's not that he can't defend, it's just that he doesn't have the killer mentality and tries to conserve for offense. Jordan was EVERYWHERE, ALL OF THE TIME! Especially during the 1st 3peat and earlier seasons.

LightFuse i watched plenty of footage when jordan got called for a charge. Which is fair. Unlike today where you cant stay in front of lebron and the defender will be called for a foul. The offensive player can literally push defender out of their way. That is whats wrong with todays NBA. As larry bird once said in his interview, nba should let the player plays defense.

@junheeho6311
@junheeho6311 6 лет назад
Drexler ain't even close. Similar for Bryant as well, but to a lesser degree. He ain't a better post-up player than Magic Johnson or George Gervin. He might be the best at trying to look like MJ and there's no denying that he looked better than many players even when the ball doesn't go in but he was not as reliable at making his team better while he was posting-up. It's the 2 MJs that are undoubtedly the best at posting-up as back-court players.
