His hang time was ridiculous amazing.. his double clutch moves in the air was fuckin artistic.. his dunks made after colliding on bodies in mid air were awesome , air Jordan played at a level no one will ever played and no one will ever surpass, Kobe didn’t, Lebron won’t , who else is left ?? love how he blows past defenders with that quick first step or dribble. No fancy wasteful showboating "handles" of today's players. Just sheer quickness, footwork and no waste energy.

Fantastic series of videos my friend. The rare footage is absolutely amazing. Michael Jordan IS the NBA. I still think a petition should be held to sent to the NBA to DEMAND all their footage of Jordan to be released in HD for the true fans to enjoy time and time again....

What's amazing to me was his level of fame and astonishment considering he was pre internet, pre social media and pre high definition. I honestly think if he were to debut in the NBA tomorrow and have the exact same career, he would shock the world even more than he already did, which is crazy.

Look how he goes up palming with one hand, then when he pumps the other hand is perfectly balanced with the cool hand spread and the flare of his legs at the perfect moment of contact, so painfully aesthetic and graceful - The man was created by the hand of God. Jordan used the perfect amount of energy to make it look effortless. Style, singular athleticism, art = GOAT.

Jordan's reverse was absolutely ridiculous. But so was his fadeaway .We know we don't have to talk about the flying dunks and landing like a cat Jordan in those years before he won a championship was beyond great as a individual player then once he got pippen and developed that chemistry it was over for the whole league.

when I see his highlights, is as seeing a player which time travelled from the future, let's say 2016 or even slightly ahead of time. I think THAT MJ would do that kind of damages even today.

Jordan would be even more unstoppable if he played today with these defensive rules, plus there’s hardly ever anybody clogging the lane now and rarely any great shot-blockers waiting at the basket. He would absolutely toy with defenders and score at will.

Man this has gone through my mind soooo many times !! They need to release it. I mean there are some legends like Bruce Lee whose footage is kind of limited but with MJ you have tons of material....they need to release it. I know I would pay a lot of money for a collection like that.

i'm not one of those guys tha'ts automatically says nobody will ever be as good as him. kobe, lebron, durant, curry all great and some of today's young guys are just incredible too but when i watch these highlights it's not even like it's close he is so much better. i'm not talking about numbers i'm talking about watching him do something just for a second or two that nobody will ever replicate. can't be done, can't be better or as good or maybe not even close

Objectively speaking, no one had seen a 6'9 Power - Point Forward that athletic with vision(LBJ), a 7 footer with handle and a 40/50/90 type shooter, and a sniper pulling up from 35ft for a "good" shot. Fans of the game(not just MJ, LJ, etc) have to be objective, so we can keep appreciating what everybody brings to the table.✊

I’ve said for a long time that nobody passes the simple eye test in equaling Jordan. He was just on another level in his combination of athleticism, grace, skill and drive. Even the way he walked stood out. I can ID him instantly viewing poor image-quality footage on a phone with a small screen. He even moved differently from everybody else, like he was part leopard or something. Jordan would be even more unstoppable if he played today with these defensive rules and nobody clogging the lane and waiting at the basket. He would toy with defenders and score at will.

After watching this I finally realize what makes him better than LBJ, Kobe, Durant, etc. (Aside from god given talent and relentless determination) - Jordan BELIEVED. He believed he could make any shot...defend any player...make any pass. You never saw doubt on his face. Not even, in 1994, when he hit an anemic .202 with 114 K's for the Double-A Birmingham Barons. It's this unrelenting belief in self that allowed him to become the GOAT. That allowed him to be a stone cold aerial assassin. Belief that allowed him to "Rise"..

I am sorry Kareem, in all do respect, when you said Jordan is not greater then Wilt.......I disagree. No one in NBA history has the creativity, fundamentals, drive, and skill as Jordan. Many have tried.....and he wasn't 7'2, 7'1, 6'10, 6'9, 6'8! Amazing skills and knowledge, nuff said.

thanks! a lot of rare clips indeed. that is a far jump for a two handed dunk at 6:53, notice that he isnt even at his full speed on the breakaway. i dont have doubt that he could do a 2 handed free throw dunk.
