Michael is childlike and has an endearing quality. He’s vulnerable and humble. Makes him adorable. Mixed crowds can enjoy him, he’s a family man. And he’s overcome his short comings to be enormously successful. He’s awe inspiring. Most would be too shy with his set limitations. I don’t laugh at every joke but he’s entertaining and holds my attention. He’s the people’s comedian. The court jester of our hearts.

Michael is fast, he’s open about himself and his own shortcomings and is a fantastic observer about the things we all do in life that really are absurd, which we take for granted, but which are actually ridiculous! One of the greatest observers of human nature I have ever seen - and he’s funny because of that. His humor is clean, but it’s not necessarily pristine - just like most of us. Maybe that’s what irks a few people. Maybe they see those quirks and cannot laugh at themselves. Which is why these same people who comment in here, decide to watch a performer they do not like and then let everyone know they don’t like them? The ego involved in all of THAT is a joke in itself. Because it’s laughable that they think that their opinion is of any value. 🥁
