Who's the girl? Ryssi Avila is an accomplished singer who has won the very tough TNT singing competition, BUT who's that guy singing falsetto? Ralph Padiernos has a very tough head tone that is very very difficult to sustain. Kem Alia is the guitarist and is a backup singer as well, Teban Aquino on the keyboards, and Benj Bamba is on the drums. "Rainbow" was an Original Pilipino Music (OPM) sung and popularized by the iconic band South Border - a phenomenal ensemble two decades ago but unfortunately, they have disbanded. When reactors hear the girl starts singing they all like"who the hell is that girl?".

I have listened to this song Rainbow at least 5x today because I was just so amazed at Michael’s smooth voice and Rhyssi’s sexy and soulful rendition. The guy with that falsetto voice was great too including all those musicians from South Border. Stellar performance! I was one of the fortunate Americans to be employed in the PI for 3 years and it was one of the best assignments I have ever done abroad. I was just so amazed to walk in any café or bar or disco and see these Filipinos sing any type of song and imitate any singer. I have lived both in Europe and Asia and the Philippines have the best singers in the world! I believe majority of the Filipinos have been blessed spiritually with the gift of singing! Even at business official functions I was amazed that my Filipino colleagues could belt out any American song and did it so well!! I was insanely jealous of their vocal talents!
