Not only is it a lie, it is slanderous. Michael clearly prides himself on his mad scientist energy and what self respecting mad scientist do you know talks about his time at Harvard let alone medschool?
I love how the knife never leaves his thumb and pointer finger, so its extremely secured in all his maneuvers, but the zoom, edit and music make it sound so dumb epic, as if he was an assasin on a movie, really well done xd
At this point, we we might as well consider Michael an anime character. The only issue is that we don't get the flashback to explain why he has all these amazing abilities.
You mean the other way around. He already did all the side quests and now he's just starting the first story quest. That or he's playing the DLC before the story
Michael invested all of his stat points into dexterity. He's so dexterous he can control the individual atoms in his hands, allowing for feats such as this
I am proud of him embracing the fighting arts of the Filipino, as a guy who practices such, those are pretty neat twirls, though dangerous due to him loosening his grip as he twirls but the semblance of FMA is still there.
How is he embracing filipino arts? He was born and has grown up in Hawaii, he doesn’t even speak Filipino. Is this knife spinny thing he’s doing specifically a filipino art? 😅
@@vermillionshadow6170 yeah it is but my most likely guess is that he heard a relative speak about it or something and looked up tutorials i mean its micheal we are talking about
@@trickyismad I second this. It's because most filipino martial arts contains a weapon. The most known martial arts in the Philippines that has a concept of using a knife or a thick stick is called "Arnis"
@@vermillionshadow6170 seems like he most probably learned it from FMA (Filipino Martial Arts) which focus on stick fighting but the skills can also be transferred to knives and swords.
Okie when it comes to martial arts and twirling. Theres a whole lot of other martial arts that does it too the twirling and training of certain weapons. Not saying one martial arts has all of it and that certain moves are specifically towards one martial arts either. For example I been watching Ranton and he's amazing. Funny asf but he spent a year or two at the shaolin Temple. He's trained and done some amazing things and is flexible after his days and months of training. The duel hookblades they are quite quite skillfully to use and twirl without hiting yourself with them. Twirling is in general not specifically leaning towards just one martial arts as in its meant to be as a filter or filler in place for you to make another move. Like if you've watched Game of thrones. Ser Arthur Dayne does alot of sword twirling keeping his blade moving as he's fighting multiple opponents and has no chance to keep the enemy on edge if his swords are just static
"Would you rather fight Michael Reeves in a knife fight or-" "No" "You- you didn't even hear the second option" "I don't fucking care I'm not about to get Fruit Ninja'd"
I know Michael is half filipino, and there's a possibility he knows our national martial arts. In the Philippines, there's a sport called Arnis (Kali) where you're trained with 2 sticks and you twirl them around. Most universities make it a requirement to learn this, and it's main function is to idley use any hand held weapon to your advantage. Michael's hand movements look like he's trained for at least a year. It's not easy to pull off those kinds of twirling with a small knife handle.
@@trillaxiom3235 These two are often mistaken as the same but please note that "Kali" is more focused on the art of movement and form while "Escrima" is the the Art of lethal combat, mostly for killing (Aiming for the head and using curved swords in training)
@@pijjj5742 I dunno where you got that difference, but in the Philippines, at least from the systems I'm aware of, the names are interchangeable throughout multiple disciplines. I noticed the naming was more due to regional differences in dialect than it is due to content. As each style propagates and beyond its region of origin, even regional differences stop determining the style naming.
@@potatogaming3281 I mean 10 combined with 10 is 100 since that is 10^(2). You can also view it as 20 if you wanna low ball it, but that's still double the max.
So in short :He know how to use the knife, he can lockpick, he can create a robot that can taze people with a camera, he can intimidate the opponent with only his glare... *HE TOO OP*
I absolutely LOSE myself when the camera zooms in with the stylized black bars and that boss music starts and he’s ACTUALLY amazing with a knife while keeping a straight face 😂😂
When he said he was once working for the government as a programmer, i was thinking that's a bad cover to say when he's actually working once as a CIA Assassin agent
This guy is a beast not only that hest a Mad Scientist he's also a Professional Assassin l, i think micheal is just a Mastermind behind all of what's happening.
Michael Reeves is that one DnD character that always derails the campaign beyond repair and the person who plays this character is also Michael Reeves.
He's that one character who already maxed strength, maxed intelligence, maxed dexterity, and maxed agility He's scary and lovable at the same time edit: wow. I didn't expect I would reach this far with the likes. XD all hail the cracklord~
