I'm probably one of the only guys who enjoyed Wii Music. Sure, its basic in its execution, but I do like timing my swings to the music and even adding some of my flairs with instruments like drums to make them more rhythmic and such. I'm a simpleton sometimes. XD

I had a Wii and it was fun. I was there in the living room for hours playing on the family Wii. I had it for 4 years until one day someone shoved a disc in and broke it. I got the disc out years later in 2020 and I fixed the Wii and started playing Wii shop games again.

I really enjoyed the use of the "Tinned Peach Syrup" Trilogy with the Sports Trilogy. Perfectly represents expecting something great from the first two and ending up shocked at how awful the third was. I don't know why this isn't used more often, though I guess it's situational and relies on a good game, a good sequel, and then a horrifying third entry. Either way, great choice.

I feel like it's because we were expecting more games to be in it like in the previous games. On it's own it's fine... just that we kind of expected them to not cut out stuff. Hopefully updates later but knowing their track record we're probably get just one somewhat major update and then that'll be it until the next game if it happens.

Switch Sports to me was just kind of ok. I was hyped at first, but I haven’t played it in months (partially because I’ve been on a Splatoon high and am refusing to get off it). I didn’t hate it, but it was missing something for me. I have about the same opinions on it as I do Club; neat idea, but the first two have more replay value. How much of that is nostalgia, idk.

Yeah, it's probably my favourite Wii U game, I don't get the hate. Maybe it's because of the new announcer, but I actually like him, especially when he shouts "*CHANGE!*" in baseball. The skill shapers are fun, and the sports are revamped and look and feel amazing.

Nintendo likes to take content away from the base game to add in free updates, only for sports games. They were able to release updates for finished games like Super Mario Maker, Splatoon, Splatoon 2, Super Mario Maker 2 (unfortunately ended too soon) and Animal Crossing: New Horizons, so why not their sports games?
