E' veramente un'aria difficilissima ! Tra rebemolle, fa sovracuto, mibemolle e do finale è davvero un atto eroico per il tenore. Bellini era un compositore crudele con i cantanti.
@@huntingfashiondolls3307 Because he introduced many hight notes in his arias, expecially high F's, very difficult for sopranos and tenors. Not all the modern tenors are able to sing good high F's, but Michael Spyres here is very good.
Bah, è tutto risolto in voce non modale, che per un cantante con una voce di peso è una soluzione di comodo (ma saranno in 3 ad averla cantata senza paura del pubblico). Bellini ha scritto queste parti perché presumibilmente ai suoi tempi la voce in fusione di registro era accettabile come continuazione della voce di testa (assumendo che non avremo mai una testimonianza reale delle meccaniche vocali utilizzate).
@Esch1lus I believe its generally thought that Rubini was able to sing the Fs in full voice, but yes pretty much everyone else used falsetto, and listening to recordings of this and credeasi misera! , only a couple of singers like Brownlee and Matteuzzi were able to sing them in full voice and had it sound good. Pavarotti style mixed voice sounds much better than yelping out a brief full voice note just cause you technically can IMO
@@Esch1lus Im actually surprised he was singing up to D or D# before needing to transition, he is a real baritenor I guess cause most baritones sure couldn't do it
