A really beautiful song and a classic record of Phil Woods. What a master he was at sound on the alto and how to get the most out of a melody. He is greatly missed.

Still by FAR, the best ever combination of brilliant jazz musicianship and empathetic connectivity. So sorry Phil is no longer with us but his music is forever.

I love seeing musicians watching each other and improvising, rather then watching sheet music, real music comes from great musicians improvising off each other
