Does it get any better than Trout fishing in the Fall with spinners? Not in my book. Brown trout fishing in the Fall is hands down the best time of the year to chase really big trout. Why? Two reasons. First, most everyone else switches their attention to hunting. That means less traffic on the rivers. Second, the Trout are getting ready to spawn. Just before and just after the spawn, Trout, big Trout, will recklessly chase and eat a lure.
If you are a regular viewer of my videos, you know that I absolutely love spinner fishing for big Brown Trout any time of the years, Spring , Summer, Fall, and Winter. But, if you were to ask me what season would I fish if I could only fish one, I would spend my time fishing for Trout in the Fall with spinners. It's just that good. Michigan Brown Trout fishing in the Fall cannot be beat. For me, Fall fishing for Brown Trout is what Christmas is to little kids.
Thank you for watching.
