A friendly bar in the middle of nowhere. A safe haven? Or the flashpoint of something truly terrifying? What hellish fate befell Heather Young? From 2018: bit.ly/3l2RNsD
That judge should be ashamed of himself for letting that man disrespect that family! He shouldn't have even been allowed to speak the second they knew it was anything but an apology!
I think it was important to understand that he truly is a psychopath. His ridiculous reasons about being reminded about past relationships where women had treated him badly rung so hollow. But, I'm glad the family don't have to put themselves through the ringer wondering why. The part I thought was completely inappropriate was that the judge allowed him to smirk and smile through all the family impact statements. That's why the daughter lost it, because he was being completely disrespectful. I thought the court staff were far too heavy handed with her as well. If one, or two, of the guards had placed themselves between them and blocked him from her vision early on I think it would have really de-escalated the situation without needing to manhandle anyone. Family impact statements are so important to help that person get out their feelings and help them to move on with their lives. Some great judges have even allowed families and victims to deliver their statements in court even when the perpetrator has killed themselves and there's no one there to hear it. I'm just sorry that her daughter didn't have the chance to say what she wanted and needed to. That old man, the judge and those guards robbed her of that chance to heal.
@@Ezinma88 I agree. The officers could have given her a chance to back up and continue speaking. From this clip it appears they removed her almost immediately after she took a few steps towards him.
So...he got so angry at Heather for complaining and blaming her ex and not thinking of her part in the failure of her relationship, but this old guy blamed all his exes and never once considered his part in the failure of his relationships. Typical misogynistic double standard.
iwantthetruth andnothingbut : absolutely; he as good as admitted it really, when he said that he liked to think about burning people. This was surely not his first kill.
This is disgusting. Seeing him laugh at Heather’s family like that, after they’ve found the strength to be face to face with him and then talk in front of the court after hearing him say he’s not at all sorry for what he did to her, is just disgusting. No where on this world is safe if there are humans around, there’s always going to be someone who is corrupt.
I say the same thing. A young evil person becomes an old evil person. Don't let someones age cause you to let your guard down. It means they've lived longer to perfect their perversion.
What blows my entire mind is that this MONSTER here at the time of this inconceivable act he was JUST 55 yrs old??!! He looks about 75!! Bcoz of his nasty attitude & disrespect towards
Her daughter didn't even do anything wrong in court, yet they tackled her and even considered pressing charges. What the Hell?? I guess you're not allowed to appear emotional when facing your family member's murderer...no matter how much horrible crap he was allowed to say to them!!
@Héctor Acosta you cannot control ho other people treat you, fair or unfair- however you can control your reactions. a woman being mean/bitchy or just awful to him is not an excuse to go murderer another.
@Héctor Acosta there also comes a point where you have to stop blaming others as an excuse to be a shitty person. people have rough lives, not an excuse for murder.
@heartfulenergy yes, all confessions are chilling. I think this one in particular felt this way because of the way he described it in detail, so nonchalantly. Plus, her maybe thinking he would let her go after the first shot and then shooting her from behind.. Any confession that I can imagine myself in the victims shoes really gets to me. But yes, all confessions are gross and chilling, you're right.
Nah,no sex She was drunk.n talk about BOYFRIEND Ive had girl chat about x for hours she drove me to sleep..what the hell Woman rejected his whole life,
I wondered if anyone else thought the same. I felt his story was half ass bs from the start. She turnd him down and it reminded him of all the other women that has and thats pissed him off and he lost it.
That and the fact that he was too composed when talking about it. That and the lack of remorse. It makes him a psychopath or someone with experience in removing life from people...
@williejames huff I just think she felt "safe" as everyone had seen them together at the bar and knew they left together. Plus as humans we always think "that stuff happens to other people or I've watched too many 60 min crime videos, I'm just being paranoid, nothings gonna happen to me"
I'm sure his new marriage to Bubba will be all the karma he needs. If not a marriage possibly a funeral, when all his new neighbors find out he murdered an innocent woman.
Probably thought that since he was an elderly man and looks like he couldn't harm a fly, he was harmless. It just goes to show that you're not safe around ANYONE.
That was a huge risk she took...staying with a “supposed” Good Samaritan. I’d rather sleep in a club. Maybe it’s because I generally have trust issues. Everyone is a suspect please.
@@smsabala6668 but thats why they said NEVER. Not even when you're desperate. I would go to a 24 hour store or police station and just wait until daylight or call someone to get me. Never never never trust a stranger.
S Msabala Didn’t it occur to you to think before posting? She was drinking at a bar, she had a mother and family who cared about her. She was not “desperate.” She needed a place to sleep. Call MOM.
🙏 For every officer that has to hear a confession out of an evil mind.May God give you strength to leave it at work. Receive the rest you need to go back at it the next day.
if I was a family member I would have not waited for my turn to speak. I would have snuck him from behind and got as many hits in as I could before being led away...period
Might as well. She was likely charged with something even though she didn't do anything but stumble towards him. But police get called about stalkers doing all this crazy stuff but police say they can't do anything until the victim is harmed. Well, she didn't harm that devil, so why did she get in trouble?
@@LadyAstarionAncunin She didn't. It was stated that no charges were brought against her.😉 The police detained her to protect her from incriminating (is that the correct term?) herself. Ironically he could have SUED HER and the judicial system if she did harm him. What a horrible twist of fate THAT would have been!🥴
and...Heather had played her games, too. A stranded "mother of 3" goes to a bar to pick up a man for the night. A decent 'mother of 3" would not behave like that, she's. done that too many times in the past that it's her go-to routine when she ends up alone. This time she had to pay for her play, she picked up the wrong man.
she went to a bar to pick up a man, she was a willing participant. A decent woman stranded would not behave like that. She wanted to play and she had to pay. It's a shame it happened but she made some very bad decisions, look at her daughter in court, dressed like a stripper. This wasn't an isolated bar fly experience for Heather, this time she picked up the wrong guy.
He's not a man: man was made in God's image, male and female. This monster, as you said, was clearly made in the devil's. And as Jesus said, the children of the devil will to fulfill their father's infernal desires. That's what this murderer confesses at the end--he's high on the sulfuric fumes of hell, getting closer everyday. This is what a guy looks like when he has given his soul to the devil and bears his hideous, small, shameless, blasphemous image in his heart.
Of course, we only have Walker's version of why he killed her, and I for one don't believe a word that came out of his foul mouth. More likely Heather rejected advances he made toward her, and he killed her because of that.
Only he will know, and it looks like he will live the rest of his life in peace. To him, Heather will forever be a smirk on his accomplished face until finally leaves this planet.
Sounds like you had that reason ready before you ever heard about the crime. Try to think rather than simply spewing your innate prejudices up over any situation they can be shoehorned in to. Are you trying to say that any guy who is rejected is a potential killer ? What nonsense. He clearly was a twisted individual.
I feel That's what happened too and end of story. I believe he made up the part where she was talking about' her x to him. He probably told that lie to himself so much he started to believe it himself.
She probably was talking about her ex. Thought he was cool enough to go home with but not talk about that? Either way she had no business accompanying him to his place.
He literally cut someone up and burns them and hides their body... and the daughter has some choice words with him and she gets taken out of the courtroom like she's the problem.. what a joke.
Because law enforcement are required to protect all prisoners, and she advanced slightly towards him (don’t blame her either). Once she calmed down she was released with no charges.
She was a guest of the court. The court has no obligation to allow anyone in the room except for those who need to be there. So yeah, when you start acting up...you get thrown out. The fact that they didn't charge her with anything shows that the court understood she was grieving & provoked....no harm, no foul.
"No woman will ever, in my lifetime, do something like that to me again" No woman, but will be a lots big manly dudes do lots of things to you again and again!
@@1mol831 ..She's to blame for trusting this old man and probably even thought she could take advantage of his old weasel ass but honestly no one man or woman deserves to be shot for unloading emotions/talking etc.. About their husbands, boyfriends or lovers and blaming them for whatever...No one deserves to be Killed by the crazy you unwittingly Trusted to help you, shelter you for a few hours.
*the law gives the killer the rights to say whatever he want to say in the court room but prevented a young lady that lost her precious and only mum from throwing words at the murderer?*
It’s because the judge has to let the defendant address the court so as not to create any circumstances that can put the verdict at jeopardy, and also whatever the defendant says can be used against them during an appeal; whereas she does not have an obligation to be heard by the court, definitely not when she’s disrespecting the court by being violent in her words and attempting to physically attack someone.
Also because he could have sued HER if she would have assaulted him. Once in custody, he's under the care and responsibility of the judicial system. Imagine the horrible irony of having to pay HIS hospital bills if she caused injury to humans? Imagine if HE was then being awarded $$$ for pain and suffering??? That would be enough to drive the daughter AND poor mother insane.
why would they? question sounds stupid! when did strangers become other strangers babysitters and caretakers or parents to tell people who are old enough to be dead from old age what they can or cant do ? next time you walk into a bar you try what you are suggesting and see what happen
It's a bar. People leave with strangers all the time. Nothing suspicious about it. A lot of y'all meet people in the grocery store and end up going out and eventually home with them.
The rage I felt when the daughter lurched at him in court ughhhh..... I was hoping no one would stop her. I would do whatever it took to make sure they didn’t stop me. Gut wrenching... so sick so inhumane 😢 😡
@@tiffanyholman4028 and you know this how? I suggest you contact the FBI and present your evidence so he can be charged with the other murders you know he’s committed!
That's all it was. He thought she "led him on" because she went with him but want interested romantically. All that "rage" about exes was just frustration.
i dont understand why they needed 6 or so officers to restrain Heathers Daughter in the court room. she didnt need restraining by that many, perhaps 1 officer. it didnt look that bad of a lunge toward the prisoner. im glad they caught the guy they would have probably had a serial killer on their hands
For those who are against the death penalty, do you feel okay knowing that this man who murdered this innocent woman in such a cruel way will live out his life comfortably in jail? You even see him laughing & disrespecting her after she is dead.
“I DIDN’T PLAN TO KILL HER.” Sir , no one asked if you had planned it. He made sure to say that. I feel as if he planned it & that this was not his first time. I am heartbroken for the daughter, her pain is heard & seen in the courtroom clip. Plus she looks like her mama .
That’s amazing. The depth of his sickness. I’ve never heard anybody brag about a murder in the quart room and then claim that “he’s never felt better“. It’s a shame there’s not some slow withering torture that can be applied to his tender parts throughout eternity. Do not blame his daughter whatsoever for wanting to wipe that smirk off of his face
I'm sorry should have explained more. He kept blaming females for what happen to him and pushing him to do it. He hates females. I would have just been humorous to me if it was.
Oh yes sure should have given this open and close case to a female jurist prudence! May've been able to reveal the real reason why he lost it,planned it..And murdered her.
Yes..that was an outrage and should not have taken place he Shouldn't have been allowed to Torment their hearts and minds in the way that he did..purposely.
I just don’t know why or how you can leave with someone you just met? Doesn’t matter he was old or looked harmless. I do believe there should be situations like this where you kill the person the same way they committed the crime. He is sick and so sick in his mind.
@ the owner was relating HER experience. I also don’t think you comprehend how small a town Onaway is, LOL. We all know each other, or at least know of each other.
most cases that are solved with a confession there is always that unanswered question of why? This man is beyond sick and it was a crime of opportunity where no woman would be safe around this man. i cant even begin to imagine the horror she must have felt. i hope her family is able to find peace.
I have a hard time understanding why that woman would go with that old guy to his house . If you leave your boyfriend would you not go to a hotel , instead of hitting the boozer ?
Hey I am a lonely, may be weirdo to you but I am no weirdo, work 5 to 6 days a week, never harmed no one and will never harm any one, don't generalize anything.
Considering that in America alone, 3 husbands kill their wives every single day, I don’t know what about this femicide or a man’s hatred of women for being a woman is “unbelievable”.
No, he doesn’t, actually. Use your brain. If he had done this before, he wouldn’t have left so much evidence in plain sight, LOL. The gun just sitting there, her BLOOD in the trailer, bones, jewelry in the fire pit. Pure amateur hour going on there. Not to mention, but he left her car beneath a surveillance camera!
As a Mama, I do not want to even imagine the pain Heather’s Mama feels, but my thoughts are with her for sure. These shows make me wanna never let my babies out of my sight.
I´ve watched every crime daily case so far and this one shocked me. You learn from watching these cases. Never trust no one, never drink to the point of needing someone else´s support, never trust a stranger, not even close friends, stay single and if you are not single, first red flag should be the last one.
This is a horribly sad and avoidant lifestyle. If I abandoned trust, I'd never have a happy and fulfilling relationship with my late wife nor anyone for that matter. Fear driven life - No thanks.
Can we please, as a country, agree to get over this delusion about small towns being so safe. Less people is going to equal less crime, as far as the flat number of murders in an area. But when you adjust things on a per capita basis-/some rural areas can even be more dangerous than many big cities.
Look at that low life, smile all you want, people like him do not do well in jail, i mean wtf. Mum you dont need to forgive this piece of nothing. I totally love the daughters spirit bless her.
If she is Christian it would be her belief that we are to forgive those who sin against us, just as God forgives our sins. Also, vengeance is mine saith the Lord. That man will most likely be unrepentant and sent to hell in the afterlife.
There are plenty of people like him doing well in jail. Y'all act like all inmates are vigilante's for justice or something. I'm sure this man will enjoy prison, and enjoy the sex he has in prison. There are child molesters who make it through prison without ever getting a scratch on them. I don't know why ppl think inmates always serve justice for women and kids.....many themselves are there for harming women and kids. This guy will probably fit in just fine.
How can you be so sure that he won't like it? I think he'll like being Big Bubba's wife since he hates women so much. That isn't a punishment for these kind of men. They welcome jail life with an open rectum.
