The coaches put Orji in a tough spot, because they didn’t give him any reps or series leading up to the USC game. That was not the game to work on the passing game, it was just a WIN THE GAME type of deal. Next week vs Minnesota Orji will throw more and we’ll see what the offensive plans are moving forward

That reminded me of the Penn State game last year, where Michigan didn't throw a pass for the final 40 minutes.

This was a "Cinematic" game. On par with the Rose Bowl in terms of drama. We are so lucky to have TWO all time great wins for Michigan in the same calendar year. Michigan's season would have been ruined if they lost. Instead, they have a path to 7-1 (with only loss to the #1 team in the country) going into the Oregon game now. I don't really care that they had 32 yards passing. I would have been happy with a 3-2 final score. They found a way to win. That is all that matters.

If Orji starts to develop as a passer Michigan can become very scary.

We keep talking about we can’t pass, but literally we have no WRs who can get separation. We won against the 11th ranked team who was highly praised about their tackling and run defense and we dominated. Orji can only get more comfortable in the pocket these next few games and he showed he can use his legs when needed. Remember we will get Colston back, and our run game is clicking. Go blue.

Give USC credit for holding Orji to 32 passing yards. Their run defense was not enough, but clearly they're pass defense is much improved.

Michigan has a serious chance to be 7-1 going into that Oregon game.. if they can pull it off… THE GAME will feature most likely an undefeated OSU and a 10-1 Michigan… just gotta have some hope

Bullies? They won by 3 points. One play would’ve decided that game. I think USC did a pretty darn good job against the defending national champions on their turf considering how they were last year. Next time USC plays them at a neutral stadium, they’ll win. Hats off to Michigan and their running game though. Defense stood up, and they’re a very well coached program. I wish them nothing but the best in their season.

The real question is how will the P12 teams hold up all season? USC looked pretty beat up by the end of this game.

If orji can pass for 150 yards a game rush for 75 with no turnovers it’s an automatic natty. Donovan edwards, Mullings, and hall AND orji with qb run could be unstoppable.

SC is still rebuilding-Michigan played extremely well but barely won in last few seconds. Michigan is a very good team but if think a team with no passing attack will do well in the league and play offs Respectfully, I think you are wrong

If USC played the first half just like the second half we would be having a whole different conversation.

Narratives are funny . Michigan did not get a first down for almost 2 whole quarters, from the end for the 2nd quarter to that Mullins run late in the 4th. USC’s OL and Lincoln Riley’s play calling lost the game, not the defense

Going into the 3rd Quarter USC made adjustments and for the most part had Michigan shut down I wouldn’t say they got bullied, the result of the game was classic coaching failure by fraudulent Lincoln Riley

We were there yesterday, and honestly, I'm glad we won.....but this is still under performance. This game had the potential to 28-0, had the defense not left 2 men WIDE OPEN! Also, our score ceiling is under 30, because, our offense needs work!

I also think Michigan Michigan can be more of a ball team, but they don’t have the right trigger and process right now. They have some top 150 guys coming in a quarterback.
