This line hits a sexual encounter, mentions water which references his consistent metaphor, and then he continues on the water in the next line "check the flow (water) 7 seas worth the effort please" The irony is that he says hes good at swimming and mentions his similarities to Sinbad (a fictional sailor). The name Sinbad however is a play on words meaning "sin = bad". He backs up the idea that him "swimming good in a woman" wasn't his intention, it was just to listen to music over some weed.
