I don’t use Microshift but I build 3-5 bikes a day with them installed Very easy to adjust with solid and precise shifting.

Yes, you need to get the M26C version, which is made specifically for freewheels.

Unfortunately you cannot replace the jockey wheels on this derailleur.

can I still use m26c with cassette? it's compatible with freewheel only based on website, I do use 7 speed shimano thread type cogs, my shimano tx800 rd always jumps and can't be indexed properly so I was planning to get myself m26c

Sorry for the late reply! You can, but the guide pulley will be farther from the cassette cogs and shifting performance will be suboptimal.

Any Shimano compatible 6- or 7-speed tigger shifters will work. For instance, our TS39-7 shifters would work well!

Not on M21 -- the pulleys are riveted in.
